The Best of the Best competition is on Sunday, June 20, 2021. All the Best in Specialty winners, the Top Ten
Winner, Total Dog Regular Best In Show Winner, and the Regular Best In Show Winners from Friday – Sunday
are invited to compete for the Best of the Best! The competition will be held immediately after Regular and
Altered Best In Show on Sunday. The judge will be announced at the time of the competition.

A Reminder: Beginning this year, in 2021, the regular Best in Show winner of the UKC Premier Nationals on Friday, Saturday,
and Sunday will be awarded the title of National Best in Show. Winners will have the NBIS title added to their dog’s name
and will receive a title certificate!
2021 Premier Nationals 3THURSDAY, JUNE 17, 2021 | PROGRAM OF JUDGING: 2019-2020 TOP TEN FINALS COMPETITION
The Top Ten dogs in each breed were invited to compete in this year’s Top Ten Invitational, based on the points earned at UKC-licensed Conformation shows during the
2019-2020 calendar years. There are 437 dogs entered in this competition, representing 124 breeds. The assigned judges for the Semi-Final and Final rounds will not
be announced prior to judging. The same armbands will be used for the Premier Nationals and Top Ten and All Stars. Winners of each round must keep their armband to
compete in the next round. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to have their dog ringside at the time of judging. Judges are not required to wait for dogs.
On Thursday, groups will be judged in the following rings:
• Ring 1 – Companion Group
• Ring 2 – Terrier Group
• Ring 3 – Northern Group
• Ring 4 – Sighthound Group, Scenthound Group
• Ring 5 – Guardian Group
• Ring 6 – Herding Group
• Ring 8 – Gun Dog Group
The Top Junior competition will be held in Rings 1 and 2 at 1:00pm.

TOTAL JUNIOR AWARD
Total Junior competition is held over two days, with the Showmanship Qualifier on Friday, June 18, 2021 , and the Performance Qualifier on Saturday, June 19, 2021.
Total Junior Participant Parade and Announcement of Qualifiers
On Saturday, June 19, 2021, in the Main Expo Center immediately after the conclusion of Saturday’s Best In Show the following will take place:
Total Junior Participant Parade. A parade of Total Junior participants will kick off this special recognition. All Total Junior participants report as dog-and-handler teams for the parade
of Total Juniors.
Total Junior Qualifiers. Following the parade of participants will be the announcement of the Total Junior Qualifiers.
The Total Junior Participant Parade and Announcement of Qualifiers takes place before the regular Total Dog Qualifiers Parade.
TOTAL DOG AWARD
Total Dog competition is held over two days, with the Conformation Qualifier on Friday, June 18, and the Performance Qualifier on Saturday, June 19. Please note that the Premier
Nationals is not a Regional Qualifying Event for the Total Dog Invitational.
Total Dog Qualifiers Parade, Total Dog Groups and Total Dog Best In Show Competition.
On Saturday June 19, 2021 in the Main Expo Building, approximately a half hour after the conclusion of Saturday’s Best In Show competition, the following will take place in the Main
Expo Building:
Parade of Qualifiers. A parade of Total Dog qualifiers will kick off this special recognition and competition. All Total Dog qualifiers (dog AND handler teams) will report for the parade
and announcement of the Total Dog qualifiers.
Group Competition. All Total Dog qualifiers will immediately compete in Total Dog Groups. The Total Dog Groups are the standard eight group designations. There will be no Altered
Total Dog Group competition – Altered Total Dogs will go directly to Altered Total Dog Best In Show. Judges will be announced at the time of the competition.
Total Dog Best in Show. Lastly, the Total Dog Group One winners will proceed to the judging of the Total Dog Best In show competition. A 2021 Total Dog Best In Show and 2021 Total
Dog Reserve Best In Show winner will be selected.
Altered Total Dog Best in Show. Following the Total Dog Best in Show, the Altered Total Dog qualifiers will compete for the 2021 Altered Total Dog Best in Show and 2021 Altered
Total Dog Reserve Best in Show.
