Recommendations prioritized by the Task Force: 1 Improve emergency communications 2 Develop a comprehensive emergency management plan (CEMP) 3 Work with local utilities to improve resilience 7 Establish a permanent flooding and storm resilience committee Incorporate the findings/recommendations of the 10 PWRTF into the new Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) 16 Research the financing options for supporting flooding adaptation, mitigation, and protection measures
