Location
The subject property is located on the north side of Park Gate Street less than 50 metres from the
junction of Infirmary Road and the Courts Of Justice Building. Nancy Hands is a short distance from
Heuston Train Station (167 metres) and LUAS stop. There are also several bus routes serving Park Gate
Street and the immediate area including numbers 10, 25, 26, 66, 66A, 66B, 66E, 67 and 69.

Nancy Hands is a short walking down from Phoenix Park, which is Europe’s largest enclosed city centre

Nancy Hands is on the north side of the Liffey from Heuston Station. The property is conveniently

Stripe, Daft.ie, Havok and Riverdeep etc. The close proximity of Heuston LUAS station provides

the DIT Grangegorman College Campus which will have over 20,000 students on completion. Other

Road garage, the Fruit Markets are being turned into a world class food market by Dublin City Council,
the Guinness Brewery site into a dynamic urban quarter, the Iveagh Markets by DCC, Grand Canal
Harbour site by Marlet, Digital Hub phase two and development. Development of the new National
Children’s Hospital which is located on the nearby James Street site is well under way and is set for
completion in August 2022.
