Happy Spoon Certification Swiss Holiday Park was the first hotel in Switzerland to be awarded the 'Happy Spoon' quality label by BSc nutritionist Beatrice Conrad Frey for its child-friendly buffet. The innovative and balanced range of food on offer is presented in such a way that the healthy, child-friendly, choices are clear. In order to ensure top quality and adaptation to recent findings, Oberaargau Nutrition Consulting now checks the Swiss Holiday Park children's buffet at least twice a year. In this way, we are also able to guarantee the h quality of the Happy Spoon label in the future. Adventure farm Fronalp The Fronalp adventure farm is our own farming business. We produce fruit, spirits, jam, walnuts and eggs. Every year, we process 40'000 litres of milk from our cows into pasteurised meadow milk, skimmed milk, butter, yoghurt, cottage cheese, formaggini, cheese, cream and ice cream with a 20% yoghurt addition.
