Welcoming our guests back Our commitment to your safety We are delighted to re-open our holiday parks and welcome our guests back once again. We are proud to be a holder of the “We’re Good To Go” badge given to tourism and hospitality businesses that have worked hard to follow government and industry COVID-19 guidelines in preparation for your return. Rest assured that you and your family can relax in the knowledge that we have all the relevant health and safety measures in place, which we have outlined here for you... Steps we have taken As a family run business, we take great pride in our holiday parks, and the safety of our guests and team is our top priority. With this in mind, we have put a number of additional health and hygiene procedures in place including the following: 1 Social distancing markers and one- way systems in place where needed. 2 Procedures for each facility / building are clearly displayed via various signage. 3 Sanitisation points available in public areas and relevant facilities / buildings. 4 Regular updates and training on procedures for our holiday park team. 5 Strict cleaning protocols increased in all areas of our holiday parks. 6 Our holiday parks will be going cash free moving forwards.
Playing your part We are all in this together, and we kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following measures you can adopt to help keep both you, other owners and our teams safe throughout your stay. Once you’ve arrived Checking In We have adopted safer stay principles and for 2020 we have amended our arrival times so they are staggered. Please note your arrival below and we ask that you do not come on the park any earlier than this. We will do our very best to try and get your unit ready for your arrival time but please bear with us if there is a slight delay in your holiday accommodation being ready, we want to ensure your safety is our top priority so our cleaning procedures will take longer than usual. From 4pm – Comfort and Classic Caravans. All 3rd party bookings, including Hoseasons. From 3pm – All Lodges. Select, Premier, Platinum and Platinum Hot Tub Caravans. From 12pm – Touring and Camping. All accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Takeaways Now Available Our brand new takeaway concept offers a range of food and drinks for collection only. Payment must be made by card or contactless. You can also order in advance via our recently launched Beverley Holidays App with its new Click & Collect takeaway service. Jetty Lounge, Bar & Terrace Our Jetty Lounge, Bar & Terrace with its new-look outside seating area is open. With seating currently restricted we recommend booking via our Beverley Holidays App. Outdoor Pool Open daily, our pool is restricted to limited numbers per our 1-hour sessions and you are only able to book one session per day. We also ask you to come swim ready to go straight into the pool. You can pre-book a swim a few days in advance via our Beverley Holidays App. Park Shop Our shop is available for your retail needs. Opening times will be displayed and also on our Beverley Holidays App. Payment must be made by card or contactless. Playground & Crazy Golf Our playgrounds and crazy golf course are open - safety guidelines will apply. Family Activities & Evening Entertainment From live music acts, kids’ funtime, crafts, family film screenings and bingo, there’s lots of fun to be had by all while keeping in mind social distancing and health and safety ! requirements. Masks must be worn in all family activities and evening entertainment unless eating or drinking. Evening entertainment is table service only. What to do if you feel unwell... • If you or a member of your household experience Covid symptons before arrival, please stay at home and follow government guidelines. • If you or one of your guest feels unwell while on park, please return to your accommodation immediately and follow NHS advice. You / your guest must contact us and await further instructions. Please note, current advice is to return home if well enough to do so.
