Programme Details This modularised programme consists of eight days of workshops and three individual executive coaching sessions as outlined below Module 1: Personal & Team Leadership 4 days Wednesday/Thursday, 17 & 18 October 2018 Wednesday, 16 January & 29 May 2019 Module 2: Strategic Planning 2 days Wednesday, 14 November 2018 & Tuesday, 26 March 2019 Module 3: Coaching for High Performance 2 days Wednesday, 20 February & Tuesday, 30 April 2019 The workshops follow an experiential format, maximising learning-by-doing and peer-to-peer learning through interactive discussions and engaging exercises based on real-world scenarios. 3 Executive Coaching sessions are also offered to every programme participant; date options as below: Executive Coaching Session 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 4, 5, 6 December 2018 Executive Coaching Session 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 12, 13, 14 February 2019 Executive Coaching Session 3: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 14, 15, 16 May 2019 The executive coaching sessions provide an opportunity to reflect on what was learned during the workshops, develop actions plans for personal and team development, get support on achieving goals and how to overcome operational, strategic and people management challenges. The Diploma in Leadership will be delivered by Career Decisions Ireland in association with Dublin Institute of Technology. The programme will be delivered by highly experienced and qualified coaches with a proven track record of working at a senior level. Coaches will bring a wealth of professional expertise in leadership assessment and development as well as real-world business experience. It is the exclusive Irish partner of Career Partners International, the world’s largest provider of talent management and leadership development programmes. Career Decisions Ireland is an Approved Training Centre with QQI (Quality and Qualifications Ireland) and an experienced partner with Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT).
