CABINS, CARAVANS & BOATS FOR SALE SITES FOR LEASE Provided as a free service to Annual Residents of Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park The information contained in this brochure has been provided by the individual leases / owners. While all care has been taken with the production of this brochure, Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and recommends that prospective purchasers make their own enquiries with the seller.
Terms and Conditions: Purchasers are advised that the purchase of a cabin or van on-site does not entitle you to automatic rights to a lease within the park. Should you be purchasing with the intention of leaving the Cabin or Van within the Nagambie Lakes Leisure Park you will be required to apply for an annual lease through Park Management. Prospective leasees must provide, at their expense, a current Police Record Check as part of their application. An Annual Site Agreement (containing the full conditions) must be signed and returned to the Office. Site Fees must be paid quarterly in advance. All caravans must be less than 12 years old with original compliance plate at time of placement on-site. All cabins must have a pitched roof. All caravan sites have electricity supply, town water, sullage and provision for sewerage. Caravans must be sited with the tow bar toward the roadway. All cabin installations will be organised by NLLP Management and installation fees will apply. All cabins must be metered for electricity usage and service fees apply. Site holders must provide a plan of any site development proposal and this must be approved by NLLP Management before proceeding with any works. An Insurance policy to cover public liability and 3 rd Party damage must be provided. No permanent annex or storage is permitted outside of the cabins or caravans. Site holders cannot sub let. Cabins and caravans cannot be used as a permanent place of residence. The Principal occupants (who sign the Annual Site Agreement) may nominate 6 complimentary guests. Site holders may stay for a maximum of 45 continuous nights before vacating. Cabins or caravans may be sold privately, but are ‘not transferable’ People who have expressed an interest in a Cabin Site are placed on a Waiting List and in order, are given first option to lease an available site.
