Fairs Top quality target groups At the Stuzubi fairs for pupils on Saturdays, the offer is specifically aimed at (specialist) school leavers and pupils with an intermediate school leaving certificate of all final and penultimate year of study. Together with their parents, teachers and friends, they’re able to gather information about apprenticeships, study programmes, the dual curriculum system, internships and stays abroad – not only on equal terms with trainees and students, but with HR recruiters as well. At the jobs and master fair on Friday for students & professionals in Munich, the focus is on attractive offers for entry-level and expert positions, future-orientated Master programmes, as well as trainee positions, internships, student jobs and theses. A special highlight at the jobs and master fairs is the Career Forum. According to the motto “visitors ask - experts answer” HR-Experts from various business sectors give the visitors useful tips concerning the theme of career entry and planning. The fairs serve as an professional orientation, recruiting and networking platform. On both days, the framework programme consists of an applicant’s corner, as well as a lecture series, in which experts inform and give advice to potential new recruits. In addition to that young and aspiring companies have the opportunity to present themselves and their offers in the Start-up Corner. Page 5
Fairs StuzubiStar – the career fair award The StuzubiStar is unique and especially sought-after in the career fairs industry: a star-shaped crystal trophy. The exhibitors who offered the most outstanding counselling, have a very big chance of winning the audience award. At each fair, visitors vote for the exhibitor where they felt best advised by. The StuzubiStar is then handed over to the winner of each fair the following year. Stuzubi advertises both fair events up to five weeks before the fair dates in the catchment areas of the respective locations with adverts and external advertising in the form of billboards, banners, flyers, flags and displays. Advertising measures such as reports on local TV channels and radio stations, large-scale billboarding and flyer campaigns in the city centre, newsletters and mailings, as well as advertisements with cooperation partners and in target group-specific online media, ensure that our fairs are promoted widely. There are also various advertising measures via our far-reaching online platforms like stuzubi.de or our social media commu- nities (see Page 17). In addition to the cross-promotion measures for both fair days, the Stuzubi fair on Saturdays for pupils is advertised specifically at schools. Page 6
Fairs Continuation Stuzubi marketing Our comprehensive mailing campaigns inform all students due to gradu- ate from high-school or intermediate school with posters and flyers. Stuzubi promotes the jobs and master fair for students & professionals to student advisors at respective universities in a large radius around the fair cities. Furthermore, we advertise the fairs on Fridays in specialist media for students, professionals and managers. In addition to that there is a target group-specific framework programme that we announce in press releases beforehand. We are recommended by the federal and state ministers, as well as the mayors of the fair cities, who also serve as patrons. The Stuzubi market presence is completed by detailed reports in the annual edition of abiQ and company portraits, service-orientated advice topics and offers in the Stuzubi magazines (see Page 9). These Stuzubi magazines, tailored to the respective target groups at the fairs, are distributed around 3 weeks before the events, for instance at partner schools and among cooperation partners across the country. Magazines The Stuzubi magazines Practical guide at the fair and valuable reference material to read at home Distribution: You cannot talk to every visitor at the fair! For this reason, all participants at the Stuzubi and at the jobs and master receive their target group-specific fair magazine for free at the entrance. In order to additionally increase effectiveness, it is also distributed to partner schools and institutions. Publication date: Approx. 3 weeks before the fair. For fair dates, see booking. Circulation: Depending on the size of the fair and the region: 3,000-7,000 Content: News about studies and careers, advice topics, brief portraits with important background information about all exhibitors. Furthermore there are specific offers from companies and institutions that are not present at the fair. Unique: The square format (19.5 x 19.5) is unique and stands out from other career magazines. Overview: In the large advertising section, the advertisers and fair exhibitors are clearly structured. The base entry is always the brief portrait (1/3 of a page). As an exhibitor, you will present yourself inside the portrait with a logo, contact details, interesting facts and a colour coding system with a grouping of all offers. You also have the opportunity to place a larger campaign (image display and a further PR section) in order to catch more attention of your potential applicants (for examples, see e-paper). No colour surcharges: All Euroscale colours are already included in the price. Customer service: We will be happy to advise you individually on the design of your display and your brief portrait, according to your needs and free of charge. abiQ First-rate quality career magazine
Magazines abiQ – The high-quality career magazine for (specialist) school graduates Content: abiQ has been published since 2006 nationwide as a compact source of advice. It provides all (specialist) school graduates with regional and supraregional training offers, dual study courses and study offers at universities in Germany and abroad. Informative professional por- traits, reports and tips on application complement the magazine in a topical manner. Distribution: Of the over 60,000 printed annual editions of the abiQ magazine, around 37,000 are delivered across the country to over 1,270 schools that are providing school and specialist leaving certificates and to over 100 other addresses (e.g. job information centres of the Fe- deral Employment Agency, libraries and youth centres). Within this large network, circulation volume and distribution are regularly coordinated with the persons in charge. Over 24,000 magazines are directly delivered by order to the target groups (subscriptions) and are distributed at regional recruitment fairs – including all our Stuzubi fairs on Satur- days for pupils. Circulation: 61,000 p.a. Cross-media: 3 media-tools, one price! Your advertisements will appear simultaneously in the magazine, e-paper and job board for 12 months. Customer service: If desired, we will be happy to advise you on the design of your advert and your individual applicant profile, according to your needs and free of charge. For non-agency orders, we will also carry out the preparation of the printed data using display elements provided.
