Fairs Top quality target groups At the Stuzubi fairs for pupils on Saturdays, the offer is specifically aimed at (specialist) school leavers and pupils with an intermediate school leaving certificate of all leaving and penultimate years. Together with their parents, teachers and friends, here they find out information about apprenticeships, study programmes, the dual curriculum system, internships and stays abroad – namely on an equal footing with trainees and students, as well as with HR representatives. At the Stuzubi fairs on Fridays for students and young professionals in Munich and Hamburg, the focus is on future-orientated Master programmes and attractive offers for career entry position, as well as trainee positions, internships, student jobs and theses. StuzubiStar – the career fair award The StuzubiStar is unique and especially sought-after in the career fairs industry: a trophy in the form of a glass star. The exhibitors who inform their visitors especially well, have the best chances of winning the audience award. At each fair, the visitors select the stand where they felt best advised. The StuzubiStar is then handed over by the event management in person to the winner at each fair. StuzubiStar For the most informative stand at the Stuzubi careers fair Page 5
Fairs Stuzubi - Marketing Comprehensive marketing and PR measures are also decisive for the success of our nationwide fairs – visible throughout the whole year! Stuzubi advertises both fair events up to five weeks before the fair dates in the catchment areas of the respective locations with ad- verts and external advertising in the form of billboards, banners, flyers, flags and displays. Advertising measures such as reports on local TV channels and ra- dio stations, large-scale billboarding and flyer campaigns in the city centre, newsletters and mailing, as well as advertisement with coop- eration partners and in target group-specific online media, ensure that our fairs are advertised widely. In addition to the cross-promotion measures for both fair days, the Stuzubi fair on Saturdays for pupils is advertised specifically at schools. Our comprehensive mailing campaigns inform all students heading for their leaving certificate and intermediate school leaving certificate with posters and flyers. References from our patrons and all information about the fair are sent to a huge, national school mailing list. In addition, guidance counsellors and school representatives are specifically invited to the events. Page 6
Fairs Continuation Stuzubi marketing Strong market presence 365 days a year Stuzubi promotes the Stuzubi fairs on Fridays for students and young professionals especially to student advisors at the respective universities in a large radius around the fair cities. Moreover, we advertise the fairs on Fridays in specialist media for students and young professionals. This includes the target group-specific framework programme that we announce specifically in press releases. We are recommended nationwide by the federal and state ministers, as well as the mayors of the fair cities, as patrons. The Stuzubi market presence is completed by detailed reports in the yearly edition of abiQ and company portraits, service-orientated advice topics and offers in the Stuzubi magazines (see Page 9). These Stuzubi magazines, tailored to the respective target groups at the fairs, are distributed around 3 weeks before the events nationwide, for instance at partner schools and among cooperation partners. There are also various advertising measures via our far-reaching online media through Stuzubi.de and our social media communities (see Page 17). Page 7
