A Poster to Advertise and Promote your Fair Grades 9 - 12 Sponsored by the Homecraft Division of the Stratford & District Agricultural Society School & Class Displays This is a non-competitive art and writing display, using the Fair theme. Mount the display as a mural (no bigger than 4' x 6') It can showcase the work of one class, one grade, or be a composite of many grades. This display is open to all public, separate and private schools as well as nursery and daycare centers. Please reserve your spot by Sept. 15th, 2019. All entries must be accompanied with a fair entry form! All entries will receive $30.00 Class: 2. Her diet is scientifically formulated to keep her healthy while producing milk. The feed may include clover and alfalfa hay, ground oats, barley, corn, and soybeans, along with a balance of vitamin and mineral supplements. She drinks between 80 and 180 litres of water in a day. School Fair 2019 Prize BookStratford and District Agricultural Society 2019 Stratford School Fair Recipes Class CO5 Sour Cream Chip Muffins Ingredients: 1 ½ c. all-purpose flour 2/3 c sugar 3/4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1 large egg 1 cup sour cream 5 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 cup mint or semisweet chocolate chips Directions: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Combine the egg, sour cream, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. (Taste of Home) Class CO8 Fudge Ingredients: 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 2/3 c. white sugar ½ tsp. salt Mix above ingredients together. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add: 1 ½ c. small (or 16 large) marshmallows Stir until melted and add: 1 1/3 c. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla extract Stir until chips are melted and pour into a buttered 8” x 8” pan. page 18/21

Survival Kit Grade 7 & 8 Make a survival kit in a shoe box with items you would need if you were stranded. FS8.
