March 2021 March is Reading Month! During the month of March we will be sharing weekly reading activities via Tadpoles each Sunday. Most of these will be done in the classroom throughout the week with friends and teachers, but the boxes highlighted in red on the flyers suggest participation from home. There is great fun to be had in March with Dr. Seuss's birthday, St. Patrick's Day, Leprechaun traps for our older friends, March Madness and much more! Look for more details regarding these events sent home in separate correspondence. Upcoming IXL at Home Dates: Join us on IXL at home, a facebook group Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss! focused on providing our families with fun, Wear Red, White or Seuss Gear educational and engaging activities for your Tuesday, March 2nd days at home together! Like this page and enjoy the activities with your little ones. Don't forget to share your at home pictures with us Wear a Hat with Words under the posted activity! Wednesday, March 3rd During the month of March, join us for StoryTime every evening at 7pm. IXL Wear a Shirt with Buttons teachers, directors and admin will be Tuesday, March 9th reading your favorite stories - Cat in the Hat, How do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight?, Pajama & Stuffed Animal Day Pete the Cat, If you give a Mouse a Cookie, Monday, March 15th and many more! IXL Summer Camp We are excited for this year’s IXL Summer Camp program! Children, Young Pre-K/Pre-K through School-Age, will participate in summer camp. This year, due to COVID-19, we are planning “In the House Tuesdays,” where we will hold in-house presentations utilizing all safety protocols already in St. Patrick’s Day place. Other exciting days will include Move It Mondays, Wet-Wet- Wear Green Wednesdays, T.E.A.M. Up Thursdays and Festive Fridays!
