Saturday was the Male big Gala Day Show and Shine where all the vehicles are parked up for display Relay for Life and judging on the spectacular Caroline Bay. There was music, a Best Dressed Competition, 100’s of Stalls, plenty of dancers, the SBS Bank Wear Mixed Breed Relay for Life continues to go from strength to strength. The Cancer Society’s flagship fund raiser this year raised $45,000. Held at Caroline Bay, the event Your Parts Competition final, along with many other forms of entertainment. A great event organised by Hospice South Canterbury. I love: Walks and naps went from 10am-10pm which was a change in Timaru having previously held it overnight from 4pm to 10am. There were 200 survivors who walked the South Canterbury I’m a super social senior girl!
