• We will march through the heart of London,
passing the Ritz Hotel @ Piccadilly, Piccadilly
Circus, Trafalgar Square, and more!

Day 1
Fly to London

• Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly
Day 2     Circus, Parliament Square,
          and some free time

• Palace of Westminster, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Globe Theatre,
Day 3
          Royal Festival Hall, Golden Jubilee Bridge, and more

• Windsor and the Royal Apartments, Rock & Roll tour,
Day 4
          and a nice evening of sight seeing

• Visit Oxford, Hampton Court Palace, British Museum, Harrods,
Day 5     Leicester Square, and more.

Refund policy
 Canceling before January 1st, 2022                           Canceling after May 1st, 2022
                                                              • No refunds are available after this point unless the traveler falls
 • $100 Refund                                                  within the cancellation provisions of the insurance coverage.

Fundraising

• Monthly fundraising! We will have a different fundraiser each month to help students
  year-round raise the funds for this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
   • Most fundraisers have 100% applied to student’s CHARMS ledger
• Corporate Sponsorship

Woodland Fan Trip

• Parents and families (siblings IF the parent attends as a ”fan”) are permitted to travel
  with the group at the same rate performers pay
• Involvement in the itinerary is available and optional – if parents want to do their
  own thing at times during the trip, they may
    • Performers must stay with the group at all times.

Passports
• International travel requires travelers to
  have a valid passport. The passport should
  have an expiration date of at least six
  months after the date you return into
  the United States. Go ahead and get to
  work on this!

Vaccines

• I currently cannot speak to what the vaccine status will be for families at this time
  next year.

Deadlines
• November 1st – Deposit Due with
  Registration form completed:
    • Woodland Band Commitment Form
    • Student Registration Form
    • Chaperone Application
• December 1st, 2021
    • Selected chaperones first payment is due
