3 I have lived in Rockville for more than 40 years and a King Farm resident for more than 15. For the last 6 years, I have been the president of the King Farm Four Condominium. I currently Chair the Board of Trustees of the King Farm Citizens Association. I have also served on the election and the external affairs committees and have been personally involved on addressing a number of issues facing our community. Prior to retirement, I was a middle school and high school teacher in Montgomery County for 32 years and a staff development teacher for the last 9. I also taught adult education at various sites in the County during the evening and full-time on special assignment at the Montgomery County Detention Center. For the last 10 years, I was a Court Appointed Special Advocate for two teenage siblings in foster care. I also taught in New York and Prince George's County. My interest is maintaining a strong community that believes in discussion without accusations and fostering relationships among all residents. Communication is critical in resolving problems and alleviating misconceptions. It is critical that residents understand issues that impact them a n d c a n comment on how these are managed. I have the qualifications, experience, and good judgment to continue being a part of our Board of Trustees and, if given the honor to serve again, I will represent all homeowners with honesty and integrity and encourage volunteer participation and the exchange of ideas. In closing, being a part of the King Farm community is important to me. I would like to continue being a part of the process that helps this community be the best in Rockville. I would appreciate your vote and continued support.

5 Dear Friends and Neighbors, I hope you and your loved ones are safe and well during the COVID-19 pandemic and these challenging times. Together, we can get through this as we do our part individually and collectively as a KF community. My wife Sandy and I have enjoyed living on King Farm since 2002. Throughout that time, we have had the good fortune to get to know many fellow King Farm residents and to make many friends. We have come to love and deeply care about the King Farm community and the people who live here. We are grateful for the quality of life that we all enjoy—the peacefulness, safety, inclusivity, and natural beauty of King Farm. Our gratitude for our community and its residents motivates my passion to serve you and our community at large and to find ways to improve the value and quality of life on King Farm. In the past, I have served on the King Farm Citizens’ Assembly Finance Committee (three years) and the External Affairs Committee (two years). I currently serve as a member of the KF Board of Trustees as Treasurer. I pledge to serve you with enthusiasm, honor, and dedication, and I respectfully ask for your vote. Thank you. Sincerely, Richard Ricciardi
Matthew Roh
Dear King Farm Citizens, My name is Matthew Roh and I am a King Farm resident running for position, a seat at the Board of Trustees. I’ve lived in the community for almost 20 years and seen it grow to what it is now, an ideal, diverse, and stapled community recognized by the city of Rockville and the greater Montgomery County. To give you some idea of who I am and why I may be a best fit for this position, I have served in many positions well over 15 plus years as a president of an non-profit organization for the League of Korean Americans for Montgomery County and the state of Maryland. (A representative for the Korean community’s seniors and citizens in legislative measures for our Asian community,) PTA president and as an elected director representing 5 counties for the Korean catholic church community. Even with all these experiences, I feel through volunteerism one can truly feel the pulse of our community’s greatest assets and deficiencies and I found no greater joy than volunteering for my own children, King Farm, or local church active sporting events and/or community events. I ask for your votes. Elect me as a civil servant, Matthew Roh, so I may continue to help grow, guide, and lead the community of King Farm.
