MNO Code of Conduct The MNO Code of Conduct will guide the behavior expected of all MNO Citizens, including MNO elected officials, in their interactions with each other when participating in the collective work and nation-building activities of the MNO. 1) Purpose and application of the Code 2) Standards of Conduct for Citizens 3) Conflict Resolution 4) Sanctions and appeals process
