“THE BEST SESSION OF THE WEEK” Make the most of the time that we have – create the environment for learning, failing, enjoyment, discipline, influencing, encouraging and we will change behaviours U15 – delivered through a series of questions that pose new (layered) challenges to embed both ownership and understanding of key principles of play. Session outline (cycle) Before: 2/3 days leading into the session a question was posed online Session: confirmation of understanding of the question Activity: 2x learning games to allow exploration (learn – fail – learn) around the question. Player led huddles with prompts “are you answering the question – how?” “what’s the best/most effective answer?” “can we all consistently demonstrate it?” 1x “performance game” to put explored answers under pressure player led huddles “did we answer the question?”, “how will we answer the question in the future?” Post Session: selected players to post results of the huddle through the online portal, guided reflection
