The Department will receive comments on the application for a minimum of ten (10) days after distribution of this notice. The Temporary Noise Waiver is being requested by the Montgomery County Department of General Services, Division of Building Design and Construction, 101 Monroe St., Rockville, MD for the purpose of installing upgraded public water services at 11600 Nebel St., Rockville.
