The total warehouse space designed for 30,382 sq.m. Two warehouses appr. 15 000 sq.m. each. The project is aimed at construction of warehousing facility with a total area of 30 382 sq.m. in Kyiv region. *the total possible placement of sqm on the land plot 40 000 sq.m Facility is assigned to provide ambient logistic services and special areas to deliver fulfillment and cross-docking Financial details operations. Full commissioning period: 1 year Direct investment in total amount of 60%, where investor receives an appropriate collateral and dividends. Remaining amount of 40% is an investment equity of Socioeconomic effect ZAMMLER SKLAD (Warehouse logistic). • Following trend of the territorial development eastward Indicators Financial details from Kyiv, thus decreasing the demographic, transportation and environmental burden on the Payback period (PP) 7 years capital. Discounted PP 10 years • Peripheral location of the warehouse accompanied with IRR 20,6% convenient road infrastructure supports effective nationwide deliveries by road, avoiding urban highways.
