Our Mission:

 To provide an effective means of communication on matters of general and appropriate interest to our
                            members within the global methanol industry.

IMPCA is pleased to announce the 27th Mini-Conference, which will be held in the Hotel Hilton Prague Old Town,
Prague on the 11th and 12th of June 2015.

This conference is an excellent occasion for executives of companies operating within the methanol industry to meet
each other in surroundings that are conducive to open discussions of issues facing the industry today. As in previous
years, enough time has been included in the programme to allow for networking and business development.

The speaker programme will focus among others on the current issues in Methanol Markets, Bootleg Alcohol
Prevention, Chemical Tanker Outlook and Formaldehyde Outlook.

CONFERENCE VENUE

This year’s mini-conference will take place in Prague, where the venue is the Hilton Prague Old Town Hotel. Its
proximity to the oldest parts of the city offers guests the option to fully explore the surrounding area including the
Old Town Square, Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge.

LANGUAGE

The official language for the conference is English. There will be no translation to other languages. All conference
documents will be in English.

REGISTRATION

You will be able to collect your registration documents at the Hotel Hilton Prague Old Town on:
Thursday, June 11th
From:
14:00 to 17:30
at the registration desk located on the Conference Floor – 2nd Floor of the hotel.

It is necessary to collect your badge to have access to the Networking Dinner on board of the boat MS VYSEHRAD.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE MINI-CONFERENCE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

    The registration fee for all “Early Bird” registrations must be received by 20thApril, 2015 at the latest. Payments
    not received for “Early Bird” registrations by 20th April will lose the “Early Bird” status and the full registration fee
    will be automatically charged.

Registration by fax, e-mail or post, an additional charge of € 70 (21% VAT excl)
On-site registration:
IMPCA Member Company Delegate:                     € 620 (21%VAT excl)
Non-Member Delegate:                               € 1020 (21%VAT excl)

    In accordance with article 21, §3, 3°, a of the Belgian VAT Code and article 53 of Directive 2006/112/EC, local
    (Czech) VAT of 21% shall be charged on every invoice IMPCA issues for the Mini-Conference in Prague, regardless
    of the country of origin of the member company or of the delegate.

The registration fees include:

           Attendance to the conference and an electronic version of the presentations (In English)
           Access to the list of registered participants containing contact details
           Welcome Cocktail on board of the MS VYSEHRAD
           Dinner on board of the MS VYSEHRAD
           Standing Breakfast on Friday morning
           Attendance at Business Sessions on Friday morning
           Coffee Break on Friday morning
           Closing Lunch on Friday

Registration fees can be paid in Euro by:
Credit card using American Express, Mastercard/Eurocard or Visa.
Or by
Bank transfer to the IMPCA bank account number at ING Bank, Agence Val D’Or, Avenue de Tervueren 270, Brussels -

All payments should include bank commission charges. Please also mention the delegate’s name and company along
with the reference number provided in the registration acknowledgement. In case of payment by bank transfer, please
make sure fees are transferred before May 15th 2015 (value date). After that date, we ask you to pay by either credit
card or cash at meeting.
It will also be possible to pay your registration fee onsite by credit card or cash (exact amount please).
The number of available places is limited. Registration will take place, upon receipt of registration fee, on a “first
come, first served” basis. It is therefore recommended to register and pay the registration fee before May 15th, 2015.
No invoice will be issued without a correct VAT number.
The cancellation policy for the meeting registration is as follows:
Cancellation received on or before May 15th, 2015: 50% refund
Cancellation received after May 15th, 2015: no refund
No-shows: no refund
Note on Registration to the Mini-Conference:

Preferred method of registration is through the IMPCA website www.impca.be where it is also possible to pay the
registration fee by credit card. Otherwise use the attached Conference and Hotel Reservation Forms to make your
bookings, and fax or e-mail them to the IMPCA office, as early as possible and not later than May 15th 2015.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

 The hotel rates are given in CZK, 15 % VAT excluded.
 VAT rate as at date of current edition.
 Breakfast is included in the below rates.

Hilton Guest Room, Single Occupancy – 4,500 CZK - Double occupancy – 4,900 CZK
Executive Floor Supplement – 1,850 CZK per night on the above rates.

15 % VAT is not included in the above rates.

For those delegates who wish to extend their stay in Prague for the week-end the above rates will be available.
Delegates must settle their bedroom charges with the hotel on departure.

Hotel Cancellation policy:

Cancellations received by the hotel from 21st May, 2015 until 7 days prior to the date of arrival will be charged the
first night of the stay.

In case of cancellation, early departure or other changes less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show the hotel holds
the right to charge for the full length of the stay as reserved.

All reservations for guests with invalid credit cards or incorrect credit cards will not be confirmed by the hotel.

Because June is in the middle of the conference and tourist season it is highly recommended to book hotel
accommodation as early as possible, especially for those wanting to extend their stay in Prague after the conference.

Note on Hotel Booking:
The rooms will be reserved on a “first come, first served basis”.
NETWORKING COCKTAIL AND DINNER

                                                             The programme will start with a welcome cocktail on board of
                                                             the MS VYSEHRAD and will be followed by a buffet dinner
                                                             while we sail on the Vltava River where many of Prague’s
                                                             famous landmarks can be seen. This reception will be an ideal
                                                             opportunity to start your networking which is such an
                                                             invaluable part of the conference for most delegates. Ample
                                                             seating will be available for those who wish to enjoy the
                                                             evening air.
                                                             The MS VYSEHRAD will return to berth around 23:00. Bus
                                                             transfer to the Hotel will be provided. The berth is situated
                                                             not far from the city centre allowing those who wish to
                                                             continue the evening or go for a stroll in the historic city
                                                             centre to do so.

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

The business sessions will commence on Friday morning June 12thand will last until lunch. The programme will focus
among others on the current issues in Methanol Markets, Bootleg Alcohol Prevention, Chemical Tanker Outlook and
Formaldehyde Outlook.

OGM

The Ordinary General Meeting of IMPCA members (OGM) will take place on Thursday June 11th, 2015 at 16:30 in
the meeting room Strauss, situated on the 2nd Floor of the hotel. Official Representatives of IMPCA member
companies are invited to attend the OGM.
