The Casa Roland Hotel Group, is pleased to invite you to visit our hotels, which have been
designed for the greatest comfort of our guests, making their vacation the most unforgettable
of their lives.
Before presenting our rates and reservation policies, we will briefly introduce you to our
concept.
Mr. Robert Roland Bogdanovich, president of our hotel chain, who has a great appreciation
for Costa Rica, has expressed his desire to provide the best hotel service, boutique type, in
Costa Rica, with the greatest human warmth, by extending his investments to practically all
the Costa Rican territory, from the Central Valley to the most remote coasts of the Southern
Pacific, passing through the cloud mountains of Monteverde.
Our hotels are characterized by their warmth, personalized attention, the quality of their
decorations and most particularly by their very pleasant atmosphere where our guests can
enjoy their stay to the fullest. In other words, we love that our customers feel at home.
The main goal of Mr. Bogdanovich, is to preserve the individual quality of each hotel,
respecting each ecosystem so that the guest and family can enjoy a unique and unrepeatable
experience in each of the hotels.
We present our already established hotels, Hotel Casa Roland in San José Rohrmoser, Hotel
Villas Lirio in Manuel Antonio and the Hotel Casa Roland Golfito Resort, in Golfito.
We extend our gratitude for letting us be part of your hotel catalog, and in advance we invite

For the satisfaction of your clients, our Hotel in San José, consists of luxury
rooms. All of them have been decorated with exquisite taste, with artwork by
famous Costa Rican painters and sculptors. All have cable TV, queen size bed,
private bathroom with hot water, mini refrigerator, air conditioning plus fans
and a cozy atmosphere that will make your customers feel at home.
The hotel has 27 luxury rooms, 14 singles and 13 doubles, 2 executive rooms
equipped with everything that today’s business people need for their work
needs, in addition to a full bar, high speed internet service and laser printer
available throughout the day.
We also have 2 mini house type suites, with 4 rooms each, queen size bed, full
bathrooms in each room and air conditioning, plus living room, dining room,
fully equipped kitchen. These two have independent access to the main hotel
building.
In our Boutique Hotel Casa Roland, located in the capital city of San José, the
rates will remain exactly the same throughout the year for your groups. An
American breakfast, included in the rate, is served from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. and
it is one of the preferred services of our clients.

Located in the beautiful mountains near Manuel Antonio National Park, Hotel Group Casa
Roland has designed a hotel with beautiful rooms called "Garden Villas", surrounded by
exquisite tropical gardens and two pools of crystal clear water.
Our hotel Villas Lirio has 11 Double Room with Garden View, each with a queen-size bed,
spacious bathrooms with hot water, cable TV, fans and air conditioning. A common area
totally open to the environment, with a kitchen equipped for lovers of good cooking, a
tropically decorated dining room and a lounge with comfortable armchairs that invite
relaxation and rest, all surrounded by gardens beautifully adorned by a pool of water
turquoise, and a barbecue area, for those who enjoy doing activities around the pool.
Our 19 Double Room with Two Double Bed Garden View have 2 Queen size beds each,
private bathroom with hot water, television, air conditioning and a beautiful private balcony
that also overlooks the pool.
We have also designed 2 elegant Suite with Garden View, which have a spacious TV room,
designed with a homey and elegant style, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Each
Suite has 1 room with Queen-size bed, cable TV, fan, air conditioning and telephone.
We also have a room for drivers and tour guides, or for any other need in case of group
reservations.

To book rooms at any of our hotels, these should be sent via email, according to the
information provided in this document.
Reservations must be prepaid in full, 30 business days before the arrival of guests.
For confirmation of your reservation, the deposit slip must be sent to the emails provided
in this document.
For last minute reservations, a credit card number will be required, which will be used only
for the first night, while the deposit is made to our accounts.

If your cancellation is made 30 days before the date of the reservation, a refund of 100% of
the total will be made.
If your reservation cancellation is made during the days 29 to the 15th day before the
reservation date, 50% of the total stay of the same will be returned.
 If your reservation cancellation is made from day 14 to day 1 before the date of the
reservation, there will be no money refunded.
