D AY 2 Full Day - From sunrise on, a feast of activities interrupted by an abundance of healthy culinary delights. D AY 3 Half Day - Consider it the ‘funnest’ rest day you’ve ever had. D AY 4 Full Day - Back to a full day of exercise, healthy nutrition, some education. D AY 5 Half Day - A truly Maldivian day with workouts, local food and learning. D AY 6 Full Day - A morning theme of ‘Ocean’ followed by an afternoon for the senses. D AY 7 Half Day - A special morning for Connectors from sunrise to noon D AY 8 Full Day - A late start (by this stage, 7 am is a late start!) for a day’s extreme activity on land and water D AY 9 Half Day - We bring down the curtain with some afternoon exercise activities and an evening reception. 6 7

Exclusive to Pullman Maldives Maamutaa experience a complete boot-camp style outdoor workout inspired by a traditional Maldivian coconut toddy collector’s grueling daily activity. Finish this one-of-a-kind workout with a lagoon swim and re-hydrate with fresh coconut water. 12pm Special Maldivian Healthy Lunch @ Mélange outdoor 2pm Boduberu warm up in the jungle @ Location TBA 3pm Kurumba Drink & Eat with Raaveriya (Talk about the benefits of Kurumba) 4pm Raaveriya Workout – finish with drinking local toddy – healthy drink DAY 6 – M OND AY M O O D H U + H IS S U Unplug and play the Maldivian way. DAY 8 – W ED NES D AY POWER ON A complete Island Challenge with The Maamutaa Extreme FIT Trail race. 7am Pre-workout energy boost @ Mélange 8am Race begin • Kayak lap (from Water sports beach to Reef edge and back) • Swim (10 laps in Mélange pool) • Obstacle run around the island (advance level) 11.30am Superfood introduction class followed by Lunch 4pm Aqua aerobics @ Mélange Pool 5pm Zumba HIIT @ Mélange Deck DAY 9 – T H URS D AY FI T FI N A L E Finish off with Sarah’s signature sessions : Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga + Acroyoga for a FIT-ting finale. 2pm Stand Up Paddle Yoga @Water Sports 5pm Acroyoga @ Panorama Beach 8pm GRAND FINALE’ with video presentation – Hotel to lead 16 17
