Firstly I’d like to welcome everyone who has made the journey across London from Hanwell for today’s league game. It’s been very much a mixed week for us with a good, solid 2-0 win at Chalfont. We were in control the whole game, never looked like conceding and ran out comfortable winners to make it three wins in a row and take us up to third in the league. Hanwell Town FC Hanwell Town was formed in 1920 by a group of Geordies working in the area, who adopted the black and white stripes of Newcastle United as their colours.
