University Côte d’Azur (UCA) Université Côte d’Azur, is a multi- It is: disciplinary University well known at the international level. o8 Postgraduate Schools of It counts about 20% of international Research (EUR) students and 6 Campuses in a foreign country o1 Universitairy Institute of Technology (IUT) It replaces the Université Nice Sophia Antipolis since 1st january 2020. o1 Faculty of Medecine It has establishments throughout the Alpes Maritimes: o1 Institute of Business oNice Administration (IAE) oSophia Antipolis (Polytech, 25 km from Nice) oCannes o1 Higher National Institute of Teaching and Education (INSPE) oMenton oGrasse oMarseille
There are about 3000 students (included 25% of international students) at the Graduate School and Research of Economics and Management Address: campus de St Jean d’Angely 1 5 Rue du 22ème BCA 06300 Nice
I. Steps of your application: 1. Nomination Your home university sends your nomination to the International Relations Office 2. Documents to prepare You recieve an email from the International Relations Office to explain you the procedure of application* 3. Arrival at Nice Go to the International Relations Office (254) with 2 ID photos to make the administrative enrollment Universitary residences (private or public) are independent of the University (see diapositive n°11 about housing)
II. Documents to prepare Documents to send ONLY by email to eur-elmi.international@univ-cotedazur.fr 1. Copy of « Lettre de nomination officielle sur un programme d’échange » from your home university 2. Copy of the student card or school certificate from the home university 3. « Fiche d’Identification de l’Etudiant Entrant» (sent by email from the International Relations Office of the graduate school of Economics and Management) 4. Copy of passport or identity card VALID 5. Transcript of Records 6. Certification of level B2 or C1 depending on the master’s requirements • In French if you take courses in French • In English if you take courses in English • In French and in English if you take courses in French and in English 7. Justification of social security VALID during the period of the mobility: - European Health Insurance Card for UE/EEE - Form SE 401 – Q106 for Quebecers - Students from another country (Ex. Turkey), have to register to the French Health insurance as soon as they arrive in Nice. 8. Learning Agreement BEFORE the Mobility

Learning Agreement BEFORE the mobility Be carreful to respect the semester of your mobility : ➢ Semestre 1: courses named « Semestre 1, 3 or 5» ➢ Semestre 2: courses named « Semestre 2, 4 or 6 » Be carreful to write the code on your LA: ➢ The code of the course = level of study (L1, L2, L3) + field of study (EG) ➢ Attention: when you see CT+CC (exemple below) that means that the courses coutains a Tutorial = (TD). You MUST TAKE BOTH. exemple:

V. Validation of you application: Your application is validated once your file is complete, you will recieve then an email of confirmation with the lettre of acceptation. Document VERY important for students OUTSIDE UE to make the request of VISA D (Visa for students ) to the French Ambassady of your home country. VI. Academic calendar 2020-2021 ➢Beginning of courses: 07 septembre 2020 Exam period of Spring semester : 26/04/2021 to 21/05/2021 ➢ Exam period of Fall semester: 04 /01/ ➢ Reset exams(2ème session): 14/06/2021 to 30/06/2021 2021 to 15/01/2021 ➢ No reset exam for TD

Your arrival to the Graduate School and Research of Economics and Management: YOU MUST : 1. RDV is mandatory with International office eur-elmi.international@univ- cotedazur.fr 2.Come to International Relations Office (n°254) with 2 ID photos. 3. Bring your Certificate of Arrival only if your home university required it 4. For non european citizen (ex: turkey) you have to do your registration to the « Securité sociale » (french public insurance health) when you arrive in Nice, if you don’t have CEAM (european insurance health card) GOOD TO KNOW: You can change your learning agreement if needed within 15 days from the begining of the mobility (Learning Agreement DURING the Mobility)
