The fire assembly point is located at the back of the hotel at Whitaker Square. Periodically the hotel management run a fire evacuation drill, notice of which will be displayed in public areas. PARKING We have no on-site parking, however we are affiliated with Q-Park Grand Canal Square, where hotel guests can obtain a discounted rate. Please speak to reception for a map to the parking garage. Please note a discount validation ticket needs to be obtained from reception prior to returning to your vehicle. Parking is at the owner’s risk and is paid directly to Q-park. We recommend that you do not leave valuables in your car. There is a height restriction of 1.9m at Q-Park. PLACES OF WORSHIP There is a list at reception for you with times and location. POST / MAIL Stamps are available at face value at reception for the posting of letters or postcards. A light Breakfast On-The-Go can also be ordered online. SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX Your guest room features an in-room safe for the storage of your valuables. The safe is located in the wardrobe. To use, place items in the safe and close the door. Enter your own four digit password and press lock. To open, enter password and door will open.
SECURITY Please ensure your bedroom door is firmly closed and locked when leaving your room. You will be asked to produce your key card wallet when charging items to your room account or when returning to the hotel late at night. The building has 24 hour CCTV surveillance.
