a
study
framework

create
an
ethical
compass

people

backgrounds,
various
fields
of
(academic)
knowledge,
but
all
with
the
interest
to
built
on
a
different
knowledge,
free
from
speciesism,
training
and
other
forms
of
animal
objectification.

Roots
gives
you
a
knowledge
foundation
to
grow
and
develop
towards
a
reconstruction
of
knowledge
–
one
that
is
not
based
on
anthropocentric
foundations
and
speciesist
culture.

English-‐spoken
edition

full-‐
immersion

the
Learning
Animals
socio-‐cognitive
model
of
knowledge
and
learning.

fundamental
basis

anti-‐speciesist
ethology
and
of
the
socio-‐cognitive
learning
model
as
developed
by
evolutionary
biologist,
knowledge
activist
and
anti-‐speciesist:

Cruelty
free
knowledge
The
increasing
interest
and
growing
responsibility
for
animal
welfare
and
our
relationship
with
animals
requires,
in
more
and
more
areas,
knowledge
of
the
relationship
between
humans
and
other
animals,
but
also
a
better
insight
to
understand
how
easily
knowledge
discrimination
still
takes
place;
hidden
behind
what
seems
to
be
captivating
new
study
results,
academic
areas
continue
to
embrace
an
anthropocentric
usage
and
vision
of
other
animals,
instead
of
an
evolution
in
our
coexistence.
This
knowledge
gap,
nutered
in
particular
by
the
knowledge
from
Animal
studies
who
continuou
to
ignore
animals
as
‘subjects
of
their
own
experiences’

and
the
continuous
focus
on
species-‐
specific
behavior.

ethical
