Our par 63 layout of over 4000 yards will provide the challenge that you and your
guests are looking for, and will challenge you to use every club in your bag.
With narrow fairways bordered by large fir and cedar trees, you must be a thinker off
the tee because those undulating often protected greens make pars well earned on this
exciting, fun layout.
Not only is Cultus Lake Golf Club a challenging and beautiful course, it also offers
excellent practice and educational facilities which include a practice hole, large
practice area and a covered & heated driving range, powered by Toptracer Range.
COURSE LAYOUT LOCAL RULES
RGCA Rules govern all play

FULL SHOTGUN
Golf course closed for up to 4 hours for your event
Number of players: Up to 120
Cost: Weekdays: $4200 Weekends/Holidays: $4800

OPTION 2
PARTIAL SHOTGUN
Golf course partially closed with select starting holes
Number of players: Up to 72
Cost: Weekdays: $2500 Weekends/Holidays: $3000

OPTION 3
TEE TIMES
Groups of 4 will tee off every 9 minutes
Number of players: 24 + (groups less than 24 please call pro shop directly)
Cost: Weekdays: $35 per person. Weekends/Holidays: $40 per person

DEAR TOURNAMENT HOST,
Thank you for your interest in your tournament at Cultus Lake Golf Club. This
beautifully maintained golf course carved out of the forest and lying in the shadows of
the mountains provides a breath taking environment for your golf tournament. The
par 63 layout of 4000 yards is a perfect length for beginners, intermediate and
experienced players. Nicknamed “Beauty and the Beast,” it won’t take long for you to
discover both sides of our fun yet challenging course.

ORGANIZER CHECKLIST

UP TO 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE
- Book the date of the event
60 DAYS BEFORE EVENT
- Confirm date & time
- Order corporate logo’d merchandise for tee gifts and prizes
- Talk to the tournament coordinator about contests, format of play, etc.
30 DAYS BEFORE EVENT
- Decide on format (ie: Texas Scramble) and confirm scoring requirements
- Select menu and determine if any guests have special diet requirements
- Reserve power carts and club rentals
- Discuss checklist and special requirements with the tournament coordinator
1-2 WEEKS BEFORE EVENT
- Confirm final numbers for golf and food
- Confirm menu selection & special diet requirements
- Send event details to participants:
Registration time
Meal selection & schedule
Map and directions to course
Tournament contact information
- Deliver all signage and any on-course material
(May be done any time before event)
1-2 DAYS BEFORE EVENT
- Submit player list to tournament coordinator (This is required for covid contact tracing) - We
require: First and Last Name, and a Phone Number for all guests.
- Send out "Guest Guidelines" to all guests. The tournament coordinator will send this file to you
in a separate email so it is easy to forward by email
- Drop off any on-course signage
- Correct hole-in-one yardage as per insurance requirements must be provided at least 2
business days prior to the tournament
- Confirm number of guests 48 hours prior to the event.
TOURNAMENT DAY
- Arrive 1 – 2 hours prior to the event start time.

Please familiarize yourself with the following guest guidelines:
GUEST GUIDELINES:
Cultus Lake Golf Club has a limited number of rentals. Unless reserved and prepaid, Power carts and
rental clubs are available on a “first come first serve” basis. Please contact the pro shop directly to check
availability. We reserve the right to restrict power cart usage at the discretion of the golf course
superintendent or tournament coordinator. Please use the cart paths only with 90 degree rule.
Each player must have a set of clubs. We do not permit sharing clubs, as it slows down the pace of play.
Tournaments will play as scheduled unless the course is deemed to be unplayable due to inclement
weather.
Due to licensing restrictions, alcohol consumption must be limited to what is purchased on site only. No
coolers are permitted. We provide a free cooler rental with all beverage purchases (please see the pro
shop. Limited coolers available). We may confiscate any items that are not purchased on site and/or ask
you to leave without refund.
Dress code: Unacceptable attire includes swim wear, short shorts, tank tops and torn or soiled clothing.
Golf or running shoes only are permitted.
Anticipated play is maximum 4 hours, Groups falling behind may be asked to pick up their ball and
move to the next hole.
We prefer a paper-free scorecard: Download the Cultus Lake Golf Club app prior to the event. Our app
features an interactive scorecard, golf course and driving range GPS, leaderboards and more!
(We also provide a FREE OFFER every 1-3 months just for having the app. For example - The free offer
may be a free bucket of range balls, or free power cart rental with your round. Offers vary throughout
the year)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
Cultus Lake Golf Club will require a deposit to secure your tournament date. This deposit will be applied to the
final bill. Please ensure all documents are correct prior to paying your deposit. Cancellations must be confirmed
at least 14 days prior to the event, otherwise the deposit is not refundable.
PAYMENTS
All groups of more than 24 players/guests will be invoiced together. For suggestions on how to collect from
players prior to the event, please discuss with our tournament coordinator. Final payment must be made on the
day of the event. All major credit cards are accepted as a form of payment. Credit card information will be held
for security purposes.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
This tournament will take place rain or shine unless the Management Team of Cultus Lake Golf Club deems the
weather to be unsafe to permit golfing or the usage of power carts. An alternate day may be offered if available. If
no date is available, each golfer will receive a gift card to be used at a later date.
LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Cultus Lake Golf Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles left on site prior to, during or
following the tournament. If damages occur to the greens, power cart or clubhouse, Cultus Lake Golf Club will
work with the tournament organizer to ensure the individual who caused damage be held responsible.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Players must abide by the “Local Rules” described on the score card,
Respectable & appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times,
Player listings are to be provided to Cultus Lake Golf Club 2 business days prior to your tournament. Please
forward your complete foursome list (first & last name) in an excel format. The accuracy of this list is critical
to the success of your tournament and allows Cultus Lake Golf Club to provide the best possible service.
Correct hole-in-one yardage as per insurance requirements must be provided at least 2 business days prior
to the tournament.
All on-course signage must be dropped off to the Pro Shop at least 1 day prior to the tournament.
All motorized hole-in-one vehicles must be delivered a minimum of 4 hours prior to tee-off.
FINAL NUMBERS
Cultus Lake Golf Club requires a confirmed number of guests 48 hours prior to the event. A final billing number
is provided 48 hours prior to the tournament. This number will act as your total minimum number during the
billing process. However, if you have more guests attend, your total will be updated.
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS
All Food & Beverages consumed at Cultus Lake Golf Club must be purchased from Cultus Lake Golf Club or
Legends Bistro, unless otherwise arranged or agreed upon prior to the tournament. We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone at any time for any reason. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. Please ensure to
communicate this with all guests. Guests not abiding these rules may have their alcohol confiscated and may be
