The New South Wales Golf Course is rated in the top 40 golf courses in the world. The character of the course is unique, a links style course set amongst the hills and valleys that hug the rugged Pacific Ocean coastline boasting magnificent ocean views as a backdrop. The Club has hosted a number of major tournaments over its history. The host venue for the 2009 Australian Open as well as other major events including the ANZ Championship, the Australian PGA Championships and the Australian Amateur Championship. The Clubhouse is a magnificent combination of traditional architecture and five star comfort. Inclusions Your golf event package at New South Wales Golf Club will include the following: Pre Event Client liaison and management of all aspects of the event Recommendations of on course competitions (i.e. nearest the pins, longest drive etc) Assistance with the draw and allocation of starting holes Tailoring of suitable menu and wine selections Assist with hire equipment for golfers Bump in of any equipment and internal and external signage The Event Scorecard collection and competition results Organising of the on course competitions Players briefing / starting the field Use of a hospitality cart or kiosk on course (beverages and hire: additional cost) All catering in the Clubhouse Assistance with table plans for lunch or dinner Room set up including linen tablecloths and serviettes Lectern, microphone and PA system for annoucements Post Event Client follow up and request feedback from the event Priority booking for your next golf event Bump out of any equipment and internal and external signage
Hole 14 Par 4 | 323m Golf Day Details GREEN FEE PRICE Golf (18 holes) $200pp. All prices are inclusive of all taxes and are subject to change on the 1st of July of every year. GOLF COURSE USE On your golf day, you will be given access to use the golf course to play 18 holes of golf. The practice putting, chipping greens and driving range (fee for tokens) are also available for use. TEE BLOCKS All golf groups will play from the white markers. The location of the white markers can be discussed at the pre planning meeting. SIGNAGE The Club will endeavour to display reasonable corporate signage requested for the day. This includes areas around the practice putting green and unlimited signage at the first tee lattice and inside the clubhouse (freestanding signage only). We request that signage be delivered to the Club at least two days prior to the event. ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS There are twenty (20) electric golf carts available for hire through the Golf Shop. It is important to note that during times of inclement weather, electric golf carts may not “ be permitted for use on the golf course. The golf course Superintendent will have the final determination if electric carts will be permitted for use on the day. THE EVENT WAS DEEMED TO BE A GREAT SUCCESS BY OUR Group cart bookings should be made at the time of booking your corporate day. Otherwise CLIENTS AND STAFF, LARGELY DUE TO THE WONDERFUL individual bookings are permissible directly with the Golf Shop. Golf Day Details HOSPITALITY CART In addition to the twenty (20) carts available through the Golf Shop, a refreshment cart and driver is available for hire at a cost of $140. Please note that due to occupational health and safety policy requirements, the driver of the refreshment cart must be a staff member of New South Wales Golf Club. Clients are able to provide a representative on the cart, to assist with the distribution or refreshments. However this person will not be permitted to operate the hospitality cart. CLUBHOUSE USE Your group will be entitled to full use of the Clubhouse including the bar, dining and lounge areas, showers, visitor lockers, library and Golf Shop. There is adequate and unlimited parking for your event. FOOD & BEVERAGE It is policy of NSW Golf Club and the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing that individuals or outside organisations are not permitted to provide their own food or beverage for events held at NSW Golf Club. Final numbers for catering purposes (including special dietary requirements) must be notified to the Club at least four (4) working days prior to the date of the event. This number will be the basis upon which the invoice for the event is prepared, irrespective of whether a lesser number attend on the day. Obviously if more attend, the number present will be the basis of our charges. Catering and refreshments, both on-course and in the Clubhouse, are to be purchased from New South Wales Golf Club and will be charged on consumption. LIQUOR LICENSE NSW Golf Club staff is not permitted to serve alcoholic beverages to intoxicated patrons under the Responsible Service of Alcohol Act. Alcohol cannot be removed from the Company premises and must be consumed within the defined functions areas.

Terms and Conditions CONFIRMATION REQUIREMENTS • A deposit of $5,000 is required to secure all corporate bookings. BOOKING CONFIRMATION • Minimum guests for holding a golf day are 60 with a maximum of 110 on Tuesdays, unless otherwise arranged with the General Manager. Maximum guests for holding a golf day on Monday afternoon or Friday morning are 32.
