Colorado National, a Jay Morrish design has 5 sets of tees which makes it playable for all levels. CNGC can entertain tournament groups up to 144 players for tournaments and up to 200 for seated guests for events inside the beautifully designed clubhouse. We offer impressive views of the Front Range Rocky Mountains from our large outdoor patio. The staff at Colorado National offers service above reproach and gracious accommodations in a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Whether hosting a Fundraising Tournament, Corporate Outing, Client Event or customized golf tournament, your event will be first class all the way. Menus may be selected from club favorites or customized to your specific requests. Our full service award winning restaurant, bar and banquet facility provide premium mixed drinks and a selection of fine wines and local brews. Turn east on Baseline/Hwy 7 for 3 miles and turn left on Vista Parkway. Clubhouse is 100 yards down on right. From Denver take I-25 north to exit #229 or Highway 7. Turn west on Highway 7 for 2 miles to Vista Parkway. Turn right on Vista Parkway for 100 yards and clubhouse will be on right. From Arvada / Westminster take Wadsworth north till it turns into 287. Keep on 287 to Baseline / Hwy 7. Make right hand turn or head east on Baseline / Hwy 7 for 3 miles to Vista Parkway. Turn left on Vista Parkway for 100 yards and clubhouse will be on right. From DIA take E-470 north toward Ft. Collins. Exit at I-25 north. Take first exit once on I-25 to Exit #229 or Hwy 7 westbound. Drive 4 miles and turn right on Vista Parkway. Club will be on right. STARTING OPTIONS Consecutive Tee Times Appropriate format for small groups (16 - 60 players) Consecutive tee times every 9 minutes. Modified Shotgun Appropriate format for groups of 60 - 144 players Group begins at the same starting time. Course staff determines number of starting holes for group; generally, two teams start at par 4s and par 5s and one team at par 3s. Weekend shotguns must have at least 120 players. Course Buyout An appropriate format for groups of 100 - 144 players. Course is reserved exclusively for your group for five hours. Group begins at the same starting time. AMENTITIES & SERVICES CLUB RENTAL CNGC carries the latest equipment in golf club rentals. Men’s and Women’s sets are available for $57 each. Please reserve rental clubs at least 14 days prior to your event to guarantee availability. CUSTOM BAG TAGS Offer your guests custom inscribed bag tags, divot tools, money clips and more. We have the ability to digitally print in house, your logo (or ours) with player names or sponsor names on many great items. PRACTICE FACILITY Hone your skills on our Award winning driving range and fine-tune your short game on our putting greens. Our three-hole putting course is the ideal spot for your pre-round putting contest. GOLF CARTS Two carts per foursome are included with your event, along with two volunteer/rider carts. Each golf cart is fully loaded with a scorecard, pencil, tees, towels, bottled water and a cooler. Additional player or volunteer/rider carts are available for rental for $40 each (based on availability). WIFI & PHONE Wireless access is available in the clubhouse and indoor facility. Please ask a staff member for access code assistance. On occasion, tournament organizers will need access to a phone jack for processing credit card payments. Phone jacks are located inside the clubhouse. AUDIO VISUAL CNGC is happy to assist you with your audio visual needs for your tournament awards ceremony. Please inquire with your coordinator for a list of services and corresponding pricing. FOOD & BEVERAGE CNGC and our Masters Restaurant offers a wide variety of excellent food and beverage options for your group. All tournaments require some organized food and beverage. This requirement is critical to the success any golf tournament. For large groups, dine in our Award winning clubhouse, covered patio overlooking the front-range including Longs Peak and our lake near the 18th green. For smaller groups, enjoy your post-round celebration out on the clubhouse patio or private dining room. Catered meals at CNGC include setup and breakdown of event, linens and napkins for all tables, china and flatware, bar setup and bartender and professional banquet staff. Outside catering is not permitted. We do not permit the service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21, or who we determine is intoxicated. BOOKING YOUR EVENT Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. We are unable to place holds on dates. Once you are ready to confirm your date, a contract will be sent confirming event details. Your reservation is booked once the signed contract and non- refundable 20% event deposit are received. Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event. For modified shotguns, a guaranteed player count must be given to CNGC 14 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be issued for guests that do not show. COURSE CONTESTS / HOLE IN ONE OPTIONS Let us help you plan your on-course special events. Listed below are popular suggestions that will surely create excitement within your event. CLOSEST TO THE PIN Award prizes for the shot that comes closest to the pin on a designated hole. Closest to the Pin (KP) holes available: #5, #9, #14, #16. HOLE-IN-ONE-CONTEST We have a unique Hole in One experience at CNGC. We have a camera on hole #5 which will film each shot. If someone gets a hole in one they will have a video of this incredible shot forever. No need for a volunteer on the hole as it is all filmed. Solicit each team to pay a small fee so they can play from where a Pro normally hits his drive. Our staff will set up a separate set of tee boxes in the middle of the fairway at approximately 350 yards from the tee box, which is where each paying team hits their second shot from. It’s as if Tiger hit a drive for the group! The best hole for this activity is #2, #15 or #17, a great eagle opportunity. TRACKMAN Using a TrackMan launch monitor we can measure distance and club head speed for a long drive event after the round. We will set up on a hole of your choice. At the completion of the round we will display in the clubhouse every players driver distance and clubhead speed. We will also email this to all participants. Makes for great lunch conversation and bragging rights. $1.50 per player charge.

Sell Tournament Photography as a sponsorship and guests will receive a framed team photo with the sponsor’s logo or we can help provide Drone photos. GOLF CLINICS Let our award winning instructors provide a custom clinic for your tournament. From special demonstrations focused on one part of the game to highly personalized instruction, our team will create a package that will set your players up for success on tournament day. HOLE-IN-ONE CONTEST A hole-in-one contest is a “must have” in any golf tournament. It surely adds drama and excitement. Let our team take this off your to-do list. No need to set up insurance here as we have cameras on our 5 th hole with all kinds of different cash prize options. No need for volunteers and if someone gets a hole in one you will have a video of it forever. HELICOPTER BALL DROP This is one of the most unique ways to raise money for a charity. Sell 1000 golf balls at $10 each and raise an additional $10,000 for your cause. The helicopter comes out on event day and drops all sold golf balls. The ball closest to the pin wins a designated prize or receives a 50/50 split of the funds raised. Ball drop takes place on driving range green. GREAT SIGNAGE How you showcase sponsor logos on the golf course makes a big difference. We’ll guide you toward vendors that do this right. Producing high quality signage makes sponsors feel like they made an investment, not a donation. We also offer on cart GPS sponsor signs.
