The Defiant Duck boasts a wide variety of function
spaces, available for individual or combined hire, as well
as offering exclusive use of our entire venue for those
seeking a true extravaganza.
The high ceilinged, light filled and open plan spaces
provide an opportunity for guests to mingle, network and
enjoy a constant lively atmosphere day and night.
From discrete business lunches in the dining room to
boisterous birthday parties in the bar, The Defiant Duck
has the perfect space for your next event.

THE BAR
For an event with energy and atmosphere (and easy
access to the bar) look no further than the heart of our
venue. Our central bar area features high ceilings, modern
fixtures and vast sliding glass doors which can be opened
for an alfresco vibe, or left closed for exclusivity.
With the ability to be arranged for a number of seating
and event configurations, the main bar is our most
versatile space. Suitable for rain, hail or shine it lends
itself perfectly to networking events, birthdays,
Christmas parties and more.

THE DUCK DECK
The Duck Deck is perfect for those after an outdoor
setting and can accommodate any function size
or occasion. Whether is be a long grazing lunch
or sit down dinner, we can arrange seating for up to 50
people. The buzzing deck also ensures a great backdrop
for social cocktail-style parties, after work drinks,
farewells and networking functions with it’s high
bars and open air environment.

with lush greenery screening the windows, The Dining
Room is our most intimate event space. Proving that good
things come in small packages, the area features vibrant,
contemporary décor and with the ability to be configured
for secluded seated or cocktail style events it’s the perfect
blank canvas for discreet business lunches or bucks
parties with your best mates.
