FUNCTION SPACES FRONT BAR The main area for music, food, drinks, good times and some of the most incredible sunset views you will find in Perth! Located over the water, you can enjoy an almost 360 degree view of the Swan River and surrounds with your group of between 20 to 250 guests. Fully enclosed with air conditioning, view to the DJ and dance floor, direct access to three bars. Full area bookings for up to 600 guests are by application only. 20 - 250 GUESTS THE SLIPWAY Very sunny, very breezy and the perfect place to spend an afternoon. Able to be booked for 30 - 70 guests and has partial shading, access to multiple bars, as well as the best views over the Swan River and foreshore. 30 - 70 GUESTS
FUNCTION SPACES EMBARGO DECK Book your function or event under the lush greenery of Point Fraser with views of the Swan River. Perfect for groups of between 20 and 500. Enjoy access to multiple bars, The Cabin Kids Room and live music on weekends on the outdoor stage! 20 - 500 GUESTS CARGO BAR Cargo Bar is in the middle of the venue and has full bar access, a variety of seating options and air conditioniong. With concertina doors opening up to the Slipway and Embargo Deck, this space is perfect if you would like a function area with both indoor and outdoor options. 50 - 100 GUESTS
FUNCTION SPACES RIVER DECK & LOUNGE The River Deck and River Lounge easily caters for groups between 100 and 300 guests. With a 180 degree view of the river, your own deck and easy access to a private bar, this is the perfect location for your next corporate event. 100 - 300 GUESTS ON POITHE NT GET TO THE POINT
BOOKING TYPES TABLE BOOKINGS Book a table for groups of 30 or less. A $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation, that is fully redeemable on the day via a bar tab. Let us know your preference between inside or outside and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred location. Please note that all table bookings will be held for 20 minutes only, so don’t be late as your table will be made available to other guests. Embargo caters for cocktail style bookings and does not provide seating for every guest. FUNCTION BOOKINGS All function spaces require a minimum spend to be met for Lunch time function bookings must commence between both non-exclusive and exclusive use. 11am and 2pm. A booking form must be filled in and submitted for a function Afternoon function bookings must commence between booking to be confirmed. 2:30pm and 4pm. A deposit is required at the time of booking. Evening function bookings must commence between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. All catering must be pre-ordered and fully paid for a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of the function. Lunch and afternoon bookings are for a period of three (3) hours unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

DECORATIONS If you are considering decorations for your event please consult the events team to ensure these will be permitted in the venue. Please note that confetti or tables scatters of any form are not permitted.
