LENDY COWES WEEK 2019
Since 1826 Lendy Cowes Week has played a key part in the British sporting summer
calendar and is one of the UK's longest running and most successful sporting events.
It now stages up to 40 daily races for around 1,000 boats and is the largest sailing
regatta of its kind in the world.
Britannia Corporate Events offers you and your team the opportunity to participate,
or spectate, in Cowes Week with absolutely no prior sailing experience! We cater
for all sailing abilities, from complete novices to seasoned racers alike.

RACING PACKAGES
ONE DAY RACING PACKAGE
Invite up to seven guests on our Oceanis 37 yachts or up to ten guests on our larger Beneteau First 40’s and participate in the racing action!
Your racing day starts in Cowes Yacht Haven, on the Isle of Wight (mainland starts and finishes are also available). After a quick safety brief and yacht familiarisation from your
professional crew, you will head out for some training and then compete in the day’s racing.
Lunch, snacks, and bottled water are all provided and after racing you will step ashore to relax and share stories at your reserved table within our exclusive VIP Hospitality Area.

SPECTATING PACKAGES
ONE DAY COWES WEEK SPECTATOR PACKAGE
If you’d like to bring your guests to Cowes Week to experience the atmosphere and take advantage of the branding opportunities, but are looking for a more relaxed pace, our spectator
days are made for you.
After a welcome breakfast at Port Hamble Marina, you’ll spend the morning on the yacht (or powerboat) with your guests watching the racing. Then you’ll head into Cowes for a
delicious lunch before rejoining your yacht (or powerboat) for a gentle sail back to Hamble. This really is the perfect itinerary for a corporate hospitality day.

Britannia Corporate Events host an exciting and exclusive VIP Hospitality Area in the heart of the Cowes Week Regatta Village. The Hospitality Area offers a delicious daily BBQ, a
business zone, indoor bar (with table service) and is located overlooking the marina, near the main stage area with live bands performing making it the perfect spot for enjoying all
the daily action and entertainment off the water. With both indoor and outdoor seating areas our VIP Hospitality Area is the perfect choice if you are looking for an all weather Cowes
Week hospitality option; You definitely don’t have to be on the water to be part of the fun!
In 2019 we will partner with some luxury brands including Dirty Dog, Helly Heansen, Salcombe Gin and Ultrasun who will offer an exclusive opportunity to all our VIP guests to meet

watching the boats arrive from the days racing.

BOAT BRANDING OPTIONS
In order to achieve as much exposure for your company as possible we offer branding
options to maximise the impact of your brand when the yacht is on the water and also
when it is moored in the marina.
You can choose to include a small hull logo on the bow of your yacht or you can upgrade
to have a full hull length logo. Or why not have your own forestay banner or spinnaker
made?

There are various types of accommodation available to suit all styles and budgets - from
