Advertising requirements All advertising within Coles magazine is subject to the below terms and conditions. If you have any questions please contact our advertising team. AVAILABILITY •A dvertising space is limited and issues often close before the booking deadline; bookings are only secured when booking confirmation is received from our Coles magazine advertising team. •L imited broken space is available in every issue and position cannot be guaranteed. Only half page verticals will be accepted (no half page horizontals). COLES REQUIREMENTS •A ll products in all advertising need to be nationally ranged in over 85% of Coles supermarkets •C onsumer promotions or offers cannot be included in Coles magazine advertising. •P roduct price points cannot be included on any advertising material. •A ll disclaimers should be in a san serif font, with minimum size of 10 pt. They must be horizontal and legible against the background. •T wo broken space advertisements cannot be combined to create one full page ad. MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS • Low res PDFs need to be approved by Coles before final submission. Our advertising team will facilitate this approval. • Once low res PDF has been approved by Coles, a booking ID number will be provided for all ads to be uploaded digitally. See material specifications on pages 8-9. There is a compulsory charge for uploading material. USE OF COLES ASSETS •C oles asset requirements (e.g. the ‘NEW at Coles’ or ‘NEW only at Coles’ roundels) used on brand ads must be approved by Coles prior to upload of final material. All featured Coles Roundels (provided by Coles) must have a diameter of 38mm in size.
