Sedalia, CO 80135 WHAT IS THE FUNDRAISING FESTIVAL? We are on a mission to raise money and awareness for the Colorado Hunter Jumper Foundation! The Foundation provides educational sponsorships, supports equine charities, provides achievement opportunities and emergency financial support to individuals and families in the hunter jumper community. We are thrilled to support this fabulous charity that helps humans and equines within our own community. Gold Crest will donate two dollars for each class entered to The Colorado Hunter Jumper Foundation.
ENTRIES CLOSE, Aug 4th, 2021 at Noon Entries received after the pre-entry deadline will incur a $25 post-entry fee. Entries will be accepted on the day of show. However, a $25.00 day of show penalty will apply. Fees: • Classes 27 • Post Entry Fee 25 • Day of Show Penalty 25 • EMT Fee 15 per rider • Office Fee 25 per entry • Stalls 60 for weekend • Grounds Fee 30 • Shavings 11/bag SHOW RULES 1. All checks should be made payable to: GOLD CREST. 2. Entries can be paid with cash, Venmo, check, credit card or Zelle. 3. No refunds will be given unless accompanied by a veterinarian’s certificate. 4. Stalls will be available for a fee of $60.00 for the weekend. Call or text Jenny for stall and bedding orders at 303.875.6184. 5. Returned or unpaid checks must be paid in cash or certified funds within 10 days. A $50.00 NSF fee will be charged. 6. Non-showing horses must pay an office fee, EMT fee and a grounds fee. REGULATIONS 1. Back to back rounds allowed and encouraged. 2. No-judges will be allowed as long as time permits. 3. Hard hats and boots with a heel must be worn at all times by all riders while on show grounds. 4. Controlled schooling will be allowed from 6:30 - 7:50 am. Schooling times on any one horse may be limited if other horses are waiting. 5. The show management reserves the right to cancel, combine or divide any class[es] should it be in the best interest of the show. 6. Only one horse per entry form. 7. A one minute gate and/or a posted order of go may be imposed by management in order to maintain a reasonable pace for the show ring. 8. Each class will award a first place trophy and ribbons through sixth place. 9. Champion and Reserve will be offered for all divisions. 10. Pets must be on a leash at all times!

BIOSECURITY REQUIREMENTS: 1. A current negative Coggins test 2. Health certificate dated by a licensed veterinarian within 30 days of arriving at the venue** WNV, EEE, WEE, Tetanus and Rabies are strongly recommended. COVID 19 PROTOCOL- ALL IN ATTENDANCE MUST READ: At Gold Crest we ask you to follow the below procedures in order to keep yourself and others at a minimized risk. -Please take your temperature in the morning and scratch your entry if you have a fever. Do not come if you have COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19. - Masks must be worn in the horse show office unless you are fully vaccinated. -Due to COVID-19, show hospitality will be limited this year. You should plan to bring your own water as paper cups and water dispensers will not be available at the back gate.
