Standard CKC Rosettes to all placing dogs in each stake.
GROUNDS
The trials will be held at the Hopewell Conservation Site that is operated
by the Alberta Conservation Association.
No smoking anywhere on the grounds.
To get to the grounds from Langdon travel 1 mile east on Glenmore Trail
to Range Road 270. Turn south on Range Road 270 and travel
approximately 2 miles south to the dead end at the north side of the
reservoir.NOTES
In accordance with the CKC Spaniel Field Trial Rules and Regulations
an article of BLAZE ORANGE clearly visible above the waist, must be
worn by all persons in the field. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that
the club has instituted a new rule that both a blaze orange hat & vest
must be worn by everyone when they are on the field. This will be
strictly enforced by the Blaze Orange Police.
Please bring your own lunch and refreshments as no lunches or
refreshments will be provided.
There will no Porta –Potties available at the site. Please plan
accordingly.
ESSA has a prohibition against smoking anywhere on the property
including the parking area, please NO SMOKING.
Noncompeting dogs must not be on the grounds (except in the parking
area) and should be leashed when not kenneled.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted on the field trial
grounds except in the parking area. DO NOT LITTER. Your
assistance in keeping the grounds clean will help ensure that we will be
allowed to use them another time.

Emergency Ph. 433- 934-3311HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS In the unlikely event that you have been locked in a dark dungeon away from the entire world and have not heard about SARS-CoV-2 and the resulting illness COVID-19, we would like to inform you that the Eastern Slopes Spaniel Association will be following all Alberta CMOH Orders, guidance and protocols during the October 4, 2020 Spaniel field trials. This includes the following: This event is restricted to 200 people in attendance as per Alberta Stage 2 Gathering restrictions. Please maintain physical distancing. Keep at least 2 meters between you and others. As we are outside, please be mindful of wind strength and direction. We will be allowing a gallery but please be mindful of the 2 meter physical distance. Handlers will be required to carry their own birds. (No Shaggers) Judges may send dogs on voice or some other method in lieu of tapping to maintain physical distancing. Participants/handlers to stay single file coming to the line with at least 2 meters physical distance. Wear a mask where physical distancing is not possible. Awards ceremony - please be mindful of the 2 meter physical distance. Please bring your own hand sanitizer, etc. DO NOT ATTEND AND SELF-ISOLATE IMMEDIATELY IF YOU: Have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath; Have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days; or Are a close contact of a person who tested positive for COVID-19.
