Bier Bier ist nicht gleich Bier Auch Bier mit seiner Aromen-Vielfalt ist ein idealer Essensbegleiter. Das richtige Bier unterstreicht den Geschmack einer Mahlzeit oder verstärkt diesen sogar – auch den süßen Nachtisch. Ist das Essen mild, sollte das Bier dezent sein. Kräftiges Bier passt zu würzigen Speisen. Beim Nachtisch sollte das Bier stets süßer sein als das Dessert. Die Empfehlungen gelten natürlich auch für alkoholfreie Biere.
