PAGE 3 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT Brandon DePew I am currently assigned to patrol with the addition of teaching DARE to the 5th grade students of Dickinson County. In the 8th grade, we were supposed to research a career choice for what we wanted to be when we grew up. I chose law enforcement, but was told that I needed to select something else because I was colorblind and that career was not an option for me. In response to that, I told them I wanted to be a mixologist (a fancy name for a bartender). Somehow, that was approved, and now I have the privilege of being a law enforcement officer that educates our youth on the dangers of alcohol usage.
