Over the next 3 years we are embarking on an People Operations and Development (PO&D) modernisation journey which includes the introduction
of a Cloud based Human Capital Management (HCM) platform and a cutting edge People Analytics solution that will support the delivery of best
practice employee-centric services. Process simplification and user-experience will be at the heart of design to increase self-service, drive rapid
adoption, and embed a systemic value-adding change with prevailing impacts.
