THE PO&D MODERNISATION PROGRAMME Over the next 3 years we are embarking on an People Operations and Development (PO&D) modernisation journey which includes the introduction of a Cloud based Human Capital Management (HCM) platform and a cutting edge People Analytics solution that will support the delivery of best practice employee-centric services.
