Math Academic Coach Mrs. Lisa Pelosi lpelosi@dciu.org 610-459-3050 ext. 3513 ● Provide support to our Career Technical Education (CTE) instructors and students with the mathematics specifically related to each program ● Collaboratively develop, align, and implement integrated lesson plans and assessments with the CTE instructors that focus on developing mathematics skills related to their program ● Coordinate with CTE instructors, administration, and other student services members to provide additional support to students, if needed My goal is to help instructors prepare our students with the mathematics skills needed to be successful in careers related to their program and/or entrance into post secondary programs. Strong mathematics skills will enhance understanding and mastery of CTE skills, and open up opportunities for advancement and fulfillment in each student's chosen career.
Literacy Academic Coach Mrs. Jennifer Rudzinski jrudzinski@dciu.org 610-459-3050 ext. 3547 ● provide reading and writing support to our CTE instructors based on their program specific content and their instructional goals ● collaboratively develop, align, and implement integrated lesson plans and assessments with the CTE instructors that focus on developing reading and writing skills related to their program ● provide support to our CTE instructors and students in the creation of artifacts for the state required career portfolio My goal is to help instructors prepare our students with the reading and writing skills that will be needed in their future careers. All of our programs are saturated in literacy and these skills are crucial for students to have successful careers.

Cooperative Education Ms. Christine Marshall cmarshall@dciu.org 610-291-5024 I facilitate our School to Career program which includes Shadowing, Mentoring and Co-op. The goal of our School to Career program is to provide students with real world experiences in their chosen career. Students who are interested in participating must have excellent attendance and work ethic grades at both DCTS and their sending school as well as no discipline issues. If your child is interested in this opportunity, please ask them to discuss it with their classroom instructor.
