ABOUT   MDPs @ GIM
        The MDPs at GIM provides an intense and transformative learning

 WHY    THIS PROGRAMME
        Provides the participants with a non-mathematical hands-on
        training on the basic concepts associated with Structural Equation
        Modeling (SEM) and Multi-Level Modeling (MLM), and to illustrate
        their applications (partial least squares-based analysis) using the
        very popular and user-friendly SmartPLS software. It is designed
        for participants who may have little to no knowledge of SEM. As
        such, the participants will be “walked through” a diversity of SEM
        applications that include confirmatory factor analytic and full latent
        variable models tested on a wide variety of data.

Throughout the workshop, each
application is accompanied by
numerous illustrative “how to”
examples related to particular
procedural aspects of the
software. At the end of the
program, the participants will
have a thorough knowledge on
SEM,       its    analysis     and
interpretation as well as reporting
the results.

Dr. Mishra has 11 years of experience in the academics and 1 year
in the industry. He teaches or has taught Marketing Research,
Brand Management, Retailing Management, Customer
Relationship Management, and Marketing Management at the Goa
Institute of Management (AACSB Member), T. A. Pai Management
Institute (TAPMI; AACSB and AMBA Accredited), Amrita School of
Business (AACSB Accredited) and ICFAI Business School
(AACSB Accredited). He has a number of international research
publications including in the Journal of Brand Management,
Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Journal of Strategic Marketing,
Journal of Consumer Marketing, International Review of Retail,
Distribution and Consumer Research, Journal of Global Marketing,
and International Journal of Politics, Culture, and Society. He has
also written a book and has presented papers at many
international and national conferences.

He has conducted 16 management and faculty development
programs at various universities like Delhi University, Jamia Milia
Islamia University, Indraprastha University, Lucknow University,
ICFAI Business School etc. Till date, his research has been cited
257 times.
