HELPING TEENS IN NEED
Each year, the Highland Springs Heather Court chooses a philanthropic service project to give
back to the community. This year, the ladies have chosen Rare Breed - an organization that
provides immediate access to basic needs for homeless and at-risk youth ages 13-24.

The Heather Court ladies are accepting cash donations and collecting items at Sunday Brunch on
December 12th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Items can also be dropped off at the Club office prior to
December 12th.

Simi Pinot Noir • Sonoma County
We're excited to add SIMI Sonoma
County Pinot Noir to our wine by the
glass menu in the dining room. Many of
our members are familiar with this wine
and the balanced flavors Sonoma County
                                             vineyards are known for.

This red California wine opens with
aromas of ripe red fruit, spice, and orange
peel. Each sip of Simi wine delivers bright
acidity, supple tannins, and minerality on
                                             the finish.

Simi pairs well with our Circle B Ranch
Pork Chop and Center Cut Filet Mignon.

Simi is not the only newcomer to the
Wine List, as we have added Masi
Masianco Pinot Grigio to the line-up. At
your next visit, ask your server to try one
                                             of these new selections!
