Follow along: @highlandsprings_countryclub. v for vinowith kane boles, bar manager Simi Pinot Noir • Sonoma County We're excited to add SIMI Sonoma County Pinot Noir to our wine by the glass menu in the dining room. Many of our members are familiar with this wine and the balanced flavors Sonoma County vineyards are known for. This red California wine opens with aromas of ripe red fruit, spice, and orange peel. Each sip of Simi wine delivers bright acidity, supple tannins, and minerality on the finish. Simi pairs well with our Circle B Ranch Pork Chop and Center Cut Filet Mignon. Simi is not the only newcomer to the Wine List, as we have added Masi Masianco Pinot Grigio to the line-up. At your next visit, ask your server to try one of these new selections!
