We are proud to offer our training expertise in the fields of High pressure water jetting (hydro-jetting), Vacuum operations, Generic health and safety, Working at heights, Scaffolding, Leadership and Organisational development programmes. Facilities IRT Training (Pty) Ltd has branches in Naledi Industrial area (Sasolburg) and in Secunda where we provide a holistic service approach for our clients. Our staff members are carefully selected. Not only with regard to their qualifications and accreditation with relevant SETA’s, but also their facilitation skills. Our organisational culture of experiential team based learning, always guide our way of doing. We provide learning in a fun, inclusive and inspired environment. Our own facilities are showcased in the pictures below. Training programmes are SETA aligned and accredited and can be adjusted to suit client’ specific needs (not compromising the specific outcomes of a specific unit standard). In cases where training is required at the clients’ premises and utilising the clients’ own equipment, IRT Training will provide a facilitator/assessor as per requirements. Features of our training programmes Feedback will be provided directly to learners on competence and areas of improvement. Feedback to clients and management will take place in the form of a training report. A training module for each Learner will be provided and assessments will be as follows: - Formative assessment as and when required (forms part of the learner’s portfolio of evidence) - Summative assessment: o Theoretical assessment (≥ 80%) o Practical assessment (Competent vs. Not Yet Competent) A certificate of competence will be issued to competent learners as per relevant legislation and where applicable, a certificate validity period will be indicated. 6.2. Entrance qualification conditions All learners must be physically capable of performing any practical evaluation or task without difficulty. Before commencing training or re-certification training, every learner shall provide IRT Training Centre with a recently certified copy of his/her ID document.
