BUSINESS PARTNER Career Connections is a work-based learning program that integrates high school courses, technical skills, and career goals through real-world work experiences. Through work-based OF THE YEAR learning experiences, students merge theory with practical work experience in jobs with local business partners. Carroll Electric Membership Cooperative has provided students with employment and internship opportunities for more than 25 years. Many of CAREER CONNECTIONS NUMBERS their current employees began their careers through the Work-Based Learning (WBL) program.
