SO HOW DO THEY WORK? Australian School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships allow you to combine your schooling with work and formal study to achieve a Nationally Recognised Qualification. This type of learning is a great way to get your career off to a kick start while you are still at school.

NORMALLY….. In any other year atEAST would have required potential students to have completed work experience in their chosen field. In the current COVID19 climate we understand that this may not have been possible for our 2021 intake. All students are welcome to apply for our program and where possible we will work with you and your school to organise work trials with potential employers. We already have many employment opportunities available for 2021 in our traineeship fields and whilst the economic climate is very fluid currently, employers are still interested in taking on apprentices in the traditional trades as they have, in most cases, remained busy.
