POOL PROJECT

         Continued from Page 3

At this time, demolition permit process is underway for the existing
Gazebo, damaged by fire last year. Professional engineers are preparing
preliminary Pool pricing documents. The current developed plans have
been submitted to State and local agencies in order to receive feedback.
This should allow for a smooth review during the Final permitting process.
It will also allow any suggestions to be implemented and conveyed in the
preliminary pricing documents. The Committee members, are actively
obtaining input from Pool and Building construction professionals, pool
equipment suppliers, landscaping specialists, as well as the Wexford Food
& Beverage staff, and maintenance department. This input is deemed
essential to assure a successful, well-thought-out project meeting standards
         the Wexford Community would expect.
Regarding the Time-line for the Project, it is anticipated that mobilization
and Project prep will start after Labor Day this year. While completion
for the project as a whole, is expected by mid-May next year. The existing
poolside deck area overlooking the Harbour will not be touched until after
October festivities are complete (planned wedding and the Member Guest
parties). Respectable screening will be put in place during the project.

here is a new rule for 2019 regarding an
unplayable lie in a bunker, like the one shown
in the photo. The player has four options in
a bunker if they choose not to play the ball:
Option 1 — +1 penalty stroke; drop within two
club-lengths within the bunker
Option 2 — +1 penalty stroke; drop on the line of
play within the bunker
Option 3 — +1 penalty stroke; stroke and distance
and replay the shot from previous spot
Option 4 — +2 penalty strokes, drop on the line
of play outside the bunker
