POOL PROJECT Continued from Page 3 At this time, demolition permit process is underway for the existing Gazebo, damaged by fire last year. Professional engineers are preparing preliminary Pool pricing documents. The current developed plans have been submitted to State and local agencies in order to receive feedback. This should allow for a smooth review during the Final permitting process. It will also allow any suggestions to be implemented and conveyed in the preliminary pricing documents. The Committee members, are actively obtaining input from Pool and Building construction professionals, pool equipment suppliers, landscaping specialists, as well as the Wexford Food & Beverage staff, and maintenance department. This input is deemed essential to assure a successful, well-thought-out project meeting standards the Wexford Community would expect. Regarding the Time-line for the Project, it is anticipated that mobilization and Project prep will start after Labor Day this year. While completion for the project as a whole, is expected by mid-May next year. The existing poolside deck area overlooking the Harbour will not be touched until after October festivities are complete (planned wedding and the Member Guest parties).
