We have plenty of events for you to get the celebrations started.
Whether you’re organising a private party for work or an office lunch with colleagues,
our traditional festive menu is sure to bring you some Christmas cheer!
We would also love you to join us on New Year’s Eve to see in 2022 with a bang.

Please submit your enquiry online at www.linkhotelloughborough.co.uk/christmas 1. Provisional bookings will be held on our system and valid for seven days, after which we require a 50% deposit payment to
confirm the booking.

or email to santa@welcometoimago.com 2. A booking is only confirmed once deposits have been paid and confirmation received.
3. All events are subject to demand. In the event of numbers falling below our minimum required numbers, an alternative date
may be offered.

4. A 50% non-refundable deposit per person is required to secure the booking.
ADDRESS 5. The final balance and pre-orders are required by 1st November 2021. If your event is booked after this date, the full balance is
required to confirm the booking.
PHONE EMAIL 6. All accommodation must be pre-booked in advance to guarantee the discounted rate. A credit card or full prepayment will be
required to secure the room(s). The discounted rate is subject to availability and only guaranteed until two weeks prior to the event
date. After this date, our best available rate will apply.
PARTY NIGHTS 7. In the unlikely event that a party is cancelled by us, every effort will be made to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an

Date: 13. Imago Venues are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. Please keep personal belongings safe.
