We can help you marry your soul mate with a personalised and meaningful ceremony created by an amazing celebrant, stunning photography, elegant decorations and step-by-step coordination - all at one of our incredible venues, or even your own special location. And the best part is, we do all the work - so you can simply relax and enjoy the most important day of your life! What is a ‘Pop-Up Wedding’? Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings was originally formed in 2012 offering simple, beautiful ceremonies – and has since grown to include everything you need for an absolute dream wedding. From celebrants, photographers and venues to DJs, food trucks, lighting, photobooths, flowers and your own personal coordinator to pull it all together, a pop-up wedding allows you to create YOUR wedding, YOUR way. Our vision is to give Adelaide’s bridal couples the gift of a spectacular wedding that is personal, romantic, stress-free and most importantly, fun! Choose an intimate elopement, a lavish ceremony or an all-inclusive ceremony PLUS reception package – then add all the special extras you’ve dreamed of to complete your own fairytale. As you plan your pop-up wedding, your very own team of experienced wedding professionals will be by your side every step of the way, ensuring you enjoy worry-free planning and total confidence in a perfect wedding day. How do I plan my Pop-Up Wedding Ceremony? Step 1 – Choose from a simple legal signing, an intimate elopement or a complete Pop-Up Ceremony. Step 2 – Select a venue – one of ours, or one of your own! Step 3 – Add all the ‘Pop-Up Extras’ you need. Step 4 – Chat to our team about dates and booking payments…then start planning your dream wedding! Need help? Perfect Pop-Up Ceremonies From $2650 including a venue, or $1700 at your own venue* The Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony Priced from $2650 ($2850 in 2021, $2995 in 2022)*, including venue, celebrant and photography. This all-inclusive, dream wedding ceremony for up to 100 guests includes: two-hours of ceremony venue hire at ANY of our beautiful pop- venues (venue details later in document) choice of classic OR boho ceremony décor package including all setup/pack down (see page 6 for décor details) an experienced celebrant, including all legal paperwork, creation and delivery of your personalised ceremony and support throughout your planning and on the day professional, wireless PA system with microphone and music input two hours of professional photography, including a gallery of at least 75 edited, high resolution, non- watermarked images, PLUS sneak peek images shared on Facebook within a week of your special day support every step of the way from your own passionate and experienced wedding planning team. The Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony – Anywhere Priced from $1700 ($1800 2021, $1900 in 22)*, including celebrant and photography at your own venue. This mobile wedding ceremony for up to 100 guests includes: travel for our team to your own home or DIY venue (metro Adelaide only) an experienced celebrant, including all legal paperwork, creation and delivery of your personalised ceremony and support throughout your planning and on the day professional, wireless PA system with microphone and music input two hours of professional photography, including a gallery of at least 75 edited, high resolution, non- watermarked images, PLUS sneak peek images shared on Facebook within a week of your special day support every step of the way from your own passionate and experienced wedding planning team. ‘Make it Legal’ – simple signings From $695 including celebrant and venue, or $795 with a micro-celebration to follow* ‘Make it Legal’ signing Priced from $695 ($795 in 2021, $895 in 2022)*, including venue and celebrant. Say no to the registry office - and ‘I do’ to a simple, beautiful alternative! This simple signing package includes: 45 minutes within the venue at Utopia @ Waterfall Gully, Glanville Hall or The Coach House allowance for up to 10 signing witnesses your choice of secluded indoor and outdoor signing locations, set with a signing table and chairs an experienced celebrant to guide your signing, including all legal paperwork a mini bottle of French bubbly to toast your magic moment support every step of the way from your own passionate and experienced wedding planning team. This is a simple sharing of legal vows and signing of legal marriage paperwork - not a fully customised and presented ceremony. External photography is not permitted. Your ceremony decor Our Perfect Pop-Up Ceremonies include your choice from two beautiful ceremony décor packages, as follows: Classic Ceremony Package Includes 20 white Americana chairs, sashes of your choice, coloured carpet aisle runner, white-clothed signing table and chairs plus a simple archway backdrop – all set up/packed down at your Adelaide metro location. Upgrade to a premium arch for $155. Boho Ceremony Package Includes 30 wooden folding chairs, coloured carpet aisle runner, boho pallet signing table and feature ‘Peacock’ signing chairs – all setup/packed down at your Adelaide metro location. The important part… Ready to lock in your Pop-Up Ceremony? Here’s the info you need to know… Deposits and payments A strictly non-refundable, non-transferable booking payment is required to secure your Pop-Up Wedding. This locks in your date, venue (if applicable), all included package suppliers and your package pricing. Non-refundable booking payments are as follows: - $1000 for Perfect Pop-Up Ceremonies (add $250 for Botanic Park, Adelaide Botanic Gardens or Adelaide Zoo) - $500 for ‘Just the Two of Us’ elopements - payment in full for ‘Make it Legal’ signings. Your final account balance must be paid in full no less than 14 days prior to your wedding date. Due to the significant administrative costs involved, we do not offer payment plans or instalments. We suggest our couples utilise online savings accounts and make regular transfers to save during the planning period. * Booking surcharges A $200 surcharge applies for Perfect Pop-Up Ceremonies and ‘Just the Two of Us’ elopements booked at any venue on weekends and public holidays. A $200 surcharge applies for all ‘Make it Legal’ signings booked at any venue on weekends and public holidays. Perfect Pop-Up Ceremonies held at Botanic Park, Adelaide Botanic Gardens and Adelaide Zoo all incur higher venue costs and additional $250 deposit payments. Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony Packages at these venues are priced from $3100 including venue, celebrant, photography and simple decor ($3300 2021, $3500 in 22).
