        PREDICTED RESULTS CAN BE ACCEPTED FROM ALL REGISTERED IB SCHOOLS THAT OFFER
       IB DIPLOMA or ALL REGISTERED CIE SCHOOLS THAT OFFER CIE GCE A LEVEL RESULTS

       Most Monash University undergraduate courses accept CIE GCE A Level and IB Diploma predicted
       results provided except Bachelor of Physiotherapy & Bachelor of Medical Science & Doctor of
       Medicine.

       Term & Condition:

       •  the students actual results will not be available to the University from the relevant school or institution by the latest
          time at which admission decisions are to be made, and
       • the predicted results are provided in the form of a statement on the institution's letterhead, signed by the principal
          or registrar of the institution, or their authorised delegate no more than 3 months prior to the Monash University
          enrolment date, and
       • the predicted results is 2 points higher than Monash University Undergraduate standard requirement
       • The student has meet all course prerequisites (including English), and extra requirements.
       • CIE GCE A Level : Students must provide their centre number, candidate number, date of birth, series (when the
          final examination was taken) along with their predicted result to Monash University Admissions
       • IB Diploma: Students must advise the IB Diploma School Coordinator in their school to complete
          IB Diploma Program Coordinator Declaration Form, and submit the signed form and predicted result to Monash
       University Admissions

Admissions Update:

1. All application shall be lodge into Agent Online Portal: https://agent.apps.monash.edu
2. Please request the Waiver Code through Google Forms Waiver Code Request Form
3. Application to Monash College: Put MUFY / Diploma program at 1st Preference, followed by intended
    progression course at 2nd preference
4. Application Turn Around time: various depends on seasons, credit transfer may take longer
5. If already applied and want to change the course (ex: From Bachelor of Business to Diploma of Business),
    please use the Change of course preference form and upload in the agent portal / email to admission.
6. If the student already applied to Monash and want to nominate you as his / her agent, please ask the student
    to fill the agent nomination form and upload / email it to admission.
7. Monash University recognise application from University with Accreditation C
8. Monash University and Monash College also recognise direct entry from SMU 3 qualification.
9. Monash do not recognise any application with Home Schooling background
10. Package C is okay, but must be accompanied with evidence of completing Year 12 in the high school.

NEW Procedure for enrolling students at JIC – Monash Program (Diploma
or Foundation) – For students that enrolling from Monash registered
agents.

• Step 1 – finalize payment and acceptance at JIC

• Step 2 – Key-in Online Application to obtain Monash University Australia
  conditional offer. Attached proof of payment of JIC along with supporting
  documents
• * Please count the intake into MU base on the program duration in Jkt.

The above procedure has been approved by Monash Admissions team and MCPL governance and procedure dept.

UNDER 18:

Under 18 Accommodation
Please note Monash University have changed their list of available pre-approved accommodation for
Under 18 students effective immediately for Sem 1 2018 intake onwards.

This only affects DIRECT to MU Undergraduate course U18 students (including transferring student
from JIC)

**Under 18 student commencing directly in undergraduate studies at Monash University can choose
only* either MRS or HAS. This does not affect student who are commencing via a pathway (MCPL) to
undergraduate studies at Monash University.

Student commencing directly in Parkville campus for an undergraduate studies can choose Urbanest,
MRS or HAS.

Please use the new Under 18 Form (attached) for U18 Application in 2018 intake

UNDER 18 Arrangement Options:

My child will be on a student visa, will require the Monash College Under 18 Guardianship service and
Monash pre-approved accommodation – Monash will issue CAAW

*) Parents need to pay additional guardianship fees at 8 AUD / Day until the student turn 18.

Living with parent, legal custodian or relative over 21 – Monash do not issue CAAW

Relative is defined as parent or adoptive or step-parent, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister,
grandparent, step-grandparent, aunt, uncle, step-aunt, step-uncle, niece, nephew, step-niece or step-
nephew. It does not include cousin.

IB MYP (Middle Year Program)

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Program has been approved for entry into MUFY - Standard,
Intensive, Extended courses.

The below scores have been set for entry:
