Bookings now open for Workplace Living Well Are you a Dad or a Dad to Workplace Living Well is a free online group programme delivered be? over 12 workshops (1hrs x 12) at lunch. It is delivered by trained Our new monthly Dad’s & Dads to be Zoom info leaders, most of whom are also living with a long-term health condition. sessions take place on the first Saturday of the month between 10 am and 11:00 am . Join me and other dads Open to all healthcare frontline workers and dads to be, share your thoughts if you wish, ask questions, receive support and fact based information. I will be there to facilitate the meet and am happy in a professional capacity to answer any questions you may have. I can provide fact based information and will lend a non-judgemental listening ear and support. You can also pick up tips on how to best support your partner on this journey and take care of yourself too along the way.
