One You Lincolnshire Year One In Review 8,000 Referrals Despite mobilisation and Covid restrictions Page 2 heavily reducing the practical delivery time in year one, levels of referrals were encouraging. Covid Restriction Impact GP referrals dropped dramatically from March. Key sub contractors ceased delivery and our core team picked up additional delivery. Page 10 Covid Response With the closure of leisure centres and gyms, there was reduced capacity across the service to offer instructor led physical activity sessions at an appropriate intensity for our clients. The Other Room was created inhouse as a platform to deliver structured sessions for all abilities. Sessions from chair-based activity, yoga, mobility and even “The Sweat Room” for more advanced users can be accessed with live instructors or accessed later from the vault. This has been a hugely powerful tool with over 800 people accessing the service to date. 10 | SlideSalad | Date 2018
Notable Challenges Further developments will assist in future outcomes Health Checks CHALLENGE 1 Only 52 people were referred following Health Checks.
