Stir over high n Cauliflower, grated: 120 gm heat. Add coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix well. n Carrots, grated: 1/2 cup Turn off the heat. Keep aside to n Potatoes boiled and mashed cool. When cool mix with the boiled potatoes and peas. Make n Coriander powder: 2 tsp thin rounds so as to match the n Salt to taste bun. Dust with maida and dip n Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp into the beaten egg. Coat with bread crumbs. Heat oil and deep n Boiled peas: 1/2 cup fry till they turn golden brown in n Eggs: Two, slightly beaten colour. Slit the burger roll and place the patty in it along with n Maida: 1/4 cup mustard and mayonnaise. Serve n Bread crumbs hot n Oil VEG MOMO Ingredients Procedure FOR DOUGH: F irst, prepare the stuffing. Heat 3 tsp oil and put 3 clove garlic, 1 inch of ginger and 2 nos of chilli in it and saute. Also, add 2 tbsp spring n Maida / plain flour: 1½ cup onion and saute on high flame. Further, add 1 n Salt: ½ tsp cup carrot and 2 cup cabbage. Stir fry on high n Water for kneading flame. Now add ½ tsp pepper and ½ tsp salt. Additionally, 2 tbsp spring onion and stuffing n Oil for greasing mixture is ready. Further, pinch a small ball FOR STUFFING: sized momos dough and flatten. Now dust with some maida and start to roll using a rolling pin. n Oil: 3 tsp Roll to almost medium thin circle around 4 – 5 n Garlic (finely chopped): 3 clove inch in diameter. Make sure you roll from sides and keep the centre slightly thick. Now place a n Ginger (finely chopped): 1 inch heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre. n Chilli (finely chopped): 1 inch Start pleating the edges slowly and gather n Spring onion: 4 tbsp everything. Press in middle and seal the momos forming a bundle. Heat a steamer and arrange n Carrot (grated): 1 cup the momos in the tray without touching each n Cabbage (shredded): 2 cups other. Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes or till a shiny sheen appears over n Pepper (crushed): ½ tsp it. Finally, veg momos are ready to be n Salt: ½ tsp enjoyed with chutney.
